Bros,
I'm a 28yo 5'6 140lb 14%bf army war vet looking for guidance to help me reach my goals of becoming a little bigger, stronger, and faster.
Mostly looking to bulk and strength gains.
Lately I've been doing more MMA than actual lifting to increase technique but will soon be hitting the weights hard again. I want to still squeeze in a day or two a week of MMA or at the very least 1 day of jiujitsu with some drilling throughout the week.
Thoughts?
A proper breakdown of the cycle would be ideal since I've been blown up a few times and might have a difficult time understanding whats been posted ;)
Thank you in advanced!

I would start with a Sarms1 stack to get you back in the game. You'll shed fat, build muscle, and get strong

1-12 LGD 4033 10mg+ ED
1-12 S4 50mg ED
1-12 Cardarine (GW50) 20mg ED
1-12 N2guard
1-12 Liquidex
1-12 HCGenerate

PCT:
Unleashed
Ostarine 25mg ED
Liquidex
HCGenerate

Your BF is very high for someone @ 140 pounds....what's your diet & training?

First off bro, I was once in your same shoes... Prior army special ops, used to fight mma professionally, competed in jitz, and got into lifting when I was tiny. It's cool that you do mma, but the sport is a joke as a profession and the sport is falling quicker then it's rise. So unless your doing it for cardio or fun, or just per interest in the hobby of it, don't invest to much time in it. My 2 cents. But as far as a cycle goes, forget sarms, too exspensive and really not with it in the end in comparison to aas.

Get a couple bottles of prop (500mg/week)
N2 guard (7pills/day)
Hcgenerate (5pills/day)

Clomid
Anastrozole (.25mg/EOD)
Hcgenerate Es
And a couple tubs of protein.

Run a short cycle and see how u like aas, and the whole process in general.

Or run a PH. It's simple and you will stack on weight and get strong on it. That's the Beat bang for the buck. Next is aas. Then if you wanna spend over $600 for a cycle you can buy sarms lol!!!!

Lift hard and heavy and you will make more gains like that at a fraction of the price then with a sarms cycle. Dont get me wrong sarms are cool to add to a cycle once you get to that level. I have a whole supply of them. But running them alone is weak.

Pm me if you need sources for anything.

Hooraaaaaaa brother!

The reason I have a higher than normal bf% was do to my job. I would often deploy roughly 4 to 5 times a year to very remote locations in other countries. If I stayed too lean prior to deployment it would hurt me performance wise. Since most of the time we stay out in the jungles and loose a ton of weight while we are there from our daily activities, it's nearly impossible to maintain our regular calorie intake or anything close to it. We always come back looking like POW's. I tend to pack on a bit more bf but was recently taken off the rotation since I'm near my ETS date. I wasn't worried about body comp as much as over ability to do my job. Now that I can focus more on training I plan to start doing a strength based approach.

As far as the mma stuff, it's just for hobby and stress reducer from my ex wife. The jiu jitsu I take a bit more serious and plan to start competing again in the near future.

I agree with JBraken. A SARMs stack would be great for you want to do. His layout is spot on. Will help with endurance and muscle gains for sure.

You could also get your feet wet with some Pro-Hormones. NTBM just released GK PH's that will blows anything else out, out of the water. 1 of those mixed with a few SARMs would definitely be an awesome stack.

Can you do mma AGAINST the ex wife?

You have fairly weak stats, but nothing worse than 8 out of 10 guys I see here.

I suggest you try this simple cycle:
week 1-12
600mgs primobolan/week
20mgs cardarine (Gw-501516)/day
50mgs S-4 (andarine)/ day (start with 25mgs and move up 10mg dosages every 3-4 days)
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

PCT: total 5 weeks, kick start with HCGenerate (think HCG in a bottle) - caps AM/1 post workout/1 PM
Clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10
Aromasin week 1-2: 12.5mgs EOD, week 3-4: 7.5mgs EOD
Ostarine (MK-2866) - 25/25/25/25
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

Everyone says "your stats aren't ideal for cycling" yet everyone is recommending a cycle.

Laughable.

I love it when someone says what they really think!
Hat off to you to brother. You are the guys that make this country free. Or at least for now. Thanks.

Thank you brother! I'm no one special, just a kid from a bad neighborhood trying to make a living.

Once an idea has taken hold of the brain it's almost impossible to eradicate.

So u might as well give the beat advice possible.

Ball player's and movie stars don't do much for me. These are my heroes! And that is what I teach my kids.
Wish I could take you guys out and buy you lunch.

And I agree with with my brother Mrhat39 this are the brothers that need to be not. 100% but 200% the super heros

I have a friend whose a scout sniper, I remember him telling me what he"d eat for wks at a time, pretty much a pre mix whatever that"d you'd just add water to.

He'd get his food by helicopter drops during the night and had a tracer to find the box.

Once he got back to base he'd return to normal after a few wks.

I'd run a PH for 6wks. After if u want to get more serious dive into a inj run.

There's a bunch of new PH"s that just came out, give one a try. You ll need cycle support and a good pct with a serm.

Yeah bro you dont know food till you eat stuff that last 5 years in a card boars box. But it grows on you. And that's living it easy while out in the field.

We always had a scout/sniper team with us. We were strictly mountain operations. Had specially trained mountain snipers.

Bro you can't beat an mre, they even threw milkshakes in them now. I can't tell you how many of those damn things I have ate over the years. In Iraq I lived on a shipment of General Mills single serve cereals that we got and beef jerky that a family member used to always send me.

I'm inspire with all my brothers in EVO all of you are very good people that why all always said my family of EVO

Honestly I'm just a regular guy from a shitty neighborhood that can endure some suffering and wears a uniform (sometimes). I'm no one special, just trying to put food on the table and keep the lights on for my family.
I was a scout (infantry) most of my career with a hand full of schools under my belt and a few trips around the world. I have been pretty lucky and honestly I don't I still don't get it sometimes. Just grateful for what I have and working to get a bit more, Med school is not cheap haha.

AND! if anyone else can give some advice on a cycle or to not take one and lift a bit more with some supplement support I'm all ears. All I ask is for honesty and if I'm fucked up from the floor up make sure you call it. I will not improve with people around me telling me what I want to hear instead of telling me what I need to hear.

Thank you brothers for your support and advice on here. I have had tons of questions and have had a lot of help via pm from guys here. -Scouts Out

Thank brother! I am not saying that lightly . I appreciate the sacrifice you and all the others have done for the rest of us. It is not forgotten. Not by me, this is what I want my children to look up to. Not Hollywood trash. Thanks!

It was an honor and the opportunity of a lifetime to do the things I have been able to do. So many good guys on this board are vets and I guarantee each one of them wouldn't have had it any other way.

When Poeple only get to play call of duty Black ops and I think that I got to live those dreams, makes me want to still be in with that family of guys. But everything happens for a reason. There is a lot of great guys in the spec ops community, AND just as many here. Proud to know you guys!
