well i just assumed they were worried about losing their jobs and getting a bad rep for cheating their boss and going behind his back. they knew the rules ahead of time and got caught so they took the beating as their punishment.. i would of taken the same beating if it meant i paid a 'tax' and got to keep my job etc considering it was me who was in the wrong.

I would never be in that position cause Im a boss... but yeah, if I was those guys I would be worried.
 
The story about how the guy banged the other guy in the ass and said "if you don't pay me we'll show this to everyone" was quite interesting.
 
lol ^^ interesting tactic ! One of those younger guys he threatened actually turned up dead only weeks later I think.
