help planning next cycle

I plan on running a cut cycle this spring after my pct prob about a 10 or 12 week cycle. Not really sure what to run and what doses. I'm 5'8", 182lb, 43 yo, not sure what percent body fat. Any ideas?
 
hope you know time on+ pct = time off minimum before hopping back on. The fact you are not really sure what to run and what dosages makes me a little skeptical, what is your cycle history?
 
I like 800 mgs of Primo to go along with 500 mgs of Prop and Masterone or winny. Toss in some halo and your good to go.
 
@ 43 if you don't plain on having any/anymore kids you should really consider cruising making time off less important than if you where 20. Really need to tell people what your goals are? 5 8 182 ripped is vary different than 182 and squishy
 
You need to give us some more information before you can even get some kind of a good answer. What's your cycle history, goals with the cycle, etc etc
 
yeah im good on pct, gonna run it for 4 weeks and take another 4 weeks off before cycling again, cycle im finishing up now is sust 250 and deca 200 2x a week plus aromasin and caber, 12 week cycle. On my next cycle would like to make some lean gains, lose some extra bodyfat, will prob change my diet and add some cardio.

That is not near enough time off at all bro. Your body needs to be at homeostasis much longer than that. It's not healthy for your body or your HPTA. You just ran a 12 week cycle and then have a 4 weeks PCT. Time on plus PCT equals time off so 12 week cycle and 4 week PCT means take a minimum of 16 weeks off AFTER PCT is complete

depends on your base test levels. Have you gotten blood work done? What are your test levels at?

You sound like me bro.....I did that in my late 20's early 30's....Just could not afford to take time off in my head and By 32 I was on TRT....As long as your cool with that, but if you want keep your natural test levels....Take 10 to 12 weeks off after PCT...
 
Really you should be getting your blood tests done so you can tell when you have hit homeostasis. Everyones body is different, i'm about to take 24 weeks off, my cycle is 16wks. I find the extra couple weeks really helps me level out and recover. Its funny last down time I had off cycle I actually still gained some mass, I have been playing with my diet trying to find the perfect macro to micro for my body.
 
you don't just "cruise" just because of your age bro... i have so many concerns with your carelessness and way your going about this... you need full blood panels done, assess where your at, decide what or IF any of this is even suitable and then go from there... how much research have you done? how can you not have any clue what your body fat is? that's a quite a large determining factor on things as well...

age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? training history? goals?

Wow, carelessness, where do you come up with this stuff, just because someone doesn't know something or is seeking some info, I don't believe that makes him careless. Now if I just started injecting shit without asking, seeking or researching, I would call that careless. As far as nor knowing my body fat percentage, I'm not ripped nor am I fat, never been all that concerned about knowing it, I am 43 and work a full time job, I don't make a living at fitness. Anyway that's why noobs don't like questions for fear of being talked down to or made to seem like an idiot. Not trying to be an ass, I just keep my questions to myself from now on.

Asking questions is the only way to learn. If you actually go back and read what was said the proper advice is there for you. You are 43? Okay then stop being a pussy no one here is gonna shake it for you while you are done, we are giving you the best advice not only for your cycle but more importantly for YOUR health. 4 weeks off after a 12 week cycle is a recipe for disaster.
 
ok here is the deal I need help! i will try to sum up my story and I will make another thread about it. you will not believe me. Name is Thomas i was 6 foot 6 inches tall and weighted 688 pounds. I had a tia partial stroke 4 years ago scared the shit out of me and now I am 255 pounds I have had 2 total knee replacements, and all toes knuckles removed, and some new body parts. I followed this guy after telling him my story he was all i want to be invloved! buy this blend from this sponsor i rep. it was test p 100mg, masteron 100mg, tren a 100mg and decca 100 mg and anavar 50 mg so total was 450 mg/ml. Now I have been on hrt for over 5 years 1 ml per week 200 mg cypionate from pfizer still get it too. so I try this cycle then diet i start adding numbers on scale not size then notice strength is up sweating like a sleepless pig at night and loving life. now I went to reorder the 2nd half of cycle which cost me 410.00 and i never got it. I waited 2 months then was questioning them dude got all loud and said I was a scammer and got it and lied, i am almost 40 i have no reason to lie. but whatever so they banned me for talking shit to them cause he was calling me out so i did publicly back. either way I am lost since then I have pinning test enanthate 1 ml 2 times a week and test sustanon 300mg 3 times a week. i also been putting androgel eod, i take 50-100mg anavar ed and 50 mg clomid ed. i need to get help with a solid cycle. I want to get lean cuts and big size. i want to bulk with less water weight. could someone please help me i will attach some photos for me so you can have an idea of what i am working with. well it wont let me post so i will try to make an album come look at them on profile.

clearly you didn't read it in its entirety and thats fine... you read what you wanted to read and not the fact that after letting you know where you were wrong or how you came across, i still asked for questions that would allow me to help you... however you simply did not want to get to that... i CLEARLY explained what needed to be done for your safety etc. and how to go about this properly and also showed genuine concern... your not going to get your hand held like a little kid... your going to get told what YOU NEED to hear but also taught how to do things so YOUR SAFE man... if you have that thin of skin then this life style is not for you.. I was trying to convey a message all the while, helping keep you safe... do as you will bro

shoot cycle history and bf% is very important when advising a cutting cycle.If you arent under a certain bf% certain steriods arent worth using period, like mast.

more info please?
 
Right after PCT isn't the best time to do a cut. I mean if you're using AAS then you'll not be catabolic but if you start a cycle right after PCT then why PCT at all?
