Hey guy I'm sitting here wondering if there is such a thing as a supplement that can combat acne, I know there is a prescription drug that is suppose to be a lot like Vitamin A, but I was wondering if there are any supplements over the counter that really work to dry up acne.

There is a product on amazon.com called Acnetame and it seems to get some good reviews for acne control.

Not sure if i see anything unique about the ingredients but maybe the combination of them works.

Here are the ingredients:

Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3 , Biotin, Selenium , CoQ10, NAC and piperin.

What is the source of your acne? Genetics, poor diet, AAS, dehydration ? Let's get to the root cause before treating our preventing.

Heavy doses of Vitamin A I have heard works well and just keeping your face clean and not touching your skin with dirty fingers all the time.

I say forget the supps, and use a good body wash made for acne, Neutrogena makes a good one and most places will also have a generic brand right beside it with same active ingredients! I get moderate body acne with test cycles and it controls it nicely! The key is consistency, one use isn't gonna clear it up!

I think genetics is the main culprit, a sloppy diet and aas cycle will certainly contribute.. My best remedy is tanning

Without an anwser...I'm going to say it's genetics and diet. A clean diet and ample hydration is really the cure to all evils

accuntane will work wonders but b carful

Heck wasn't there a commercial out where lawyers were iso people who were prescribed Accutane for a settlement
