Test C 300 mg LOG

So after my 8 week anavar only cycle , I decided to do test c only cycle !! Will inject 300 mg splitted on wenesday and sunday !

Test C 300 mg 1 - 12 ( maybe get it to 16 , will see how it goes )
Aromasin 12,5 mg E3D
GW 20 mg ED

5'10 ... 170 lbs , Goal is to be able to train alot more and gain around 10 lbs for the end of the cycle and a slight increase in strenght would be nice too ! :)

I will be logging weekly for any one who is insterested !
 
I am eating so much food and good food too .. w.e ... 8% bf

Bench 285 , Squat 350 , Press 175 , Deadlift 445 , Snatch 205 , Clean and Jerk 270 !! These are the lift I want to improve on while on it !
 
Well what I appreciate is your low test dose. That's great.. I know it's hard way allot, but the test will help keep that appetite up. Running any support supps? "what about your pct
 
Running the perfect pct ... and yeah there was no way I was going for 500 mg week at my weight ... I am already pushing it early by the hope I get some help on 5-10 pounds cause right now I cant get 1 pounds in even tought I eat and drink ALOT ..... I dont have any support supps , will be taking amino X and Cellmass ( creatine ) from bsn to help my recovery ( wich is the main goal of this cycle ) .
 
I was going to inject with a 22g but test c came in with a 25 .. Is it better to use a 25 or I can keep using the 22
 
I will follow this log. Good clean and jerk for someone your size. Are you going to be just training the olympic lifts or also the powerlifts as well? Get your squat, bench and dead way up for overall strength
 
Yes the powerlift as well .. I will focus on the faster recocery from this cycle to train hard and more often .. I guess at 300 mg I should feel some strenght but we will see :) .. Snatch should be higher but I am lacking mobility ... Lot of hard work to come in these next month !!!

good stuff, sounds like you have the right attitude, so go for it and make those gains.
 
Right now it is mainly to improve all my skill by training more often and gain some strenght in my lift !! Next cycle I could add EQ as I will want to improve my crossfit after this one ?!
 
Looking forward to your updates - thanks for the effort, and good luck with the cycle, which looks great. Just add some HCGenerate ES, and it will be perfect.
 
post injection pain pip. It sometimes shows up hours later and hurts for a day or two. I started with quads but it got too sore for two days so switched to vg

thank you .. I cant wait to see how it will go even tought I wont feel the test for like 6-7 weeks ? ... 300 should be plenty for me I think :) .. I ordered the Hcgenerate !

I agree with NY REBEL. At 5'10 170lbs you are LIGHT. You definitely need to eat more. I know you said you eat and drink "alot" but id like to know what "alot" is to you. If you post up your daily food intake we could probably help you make some tweaks to that too.

You shouldn't have ANY problems gaining 10 pounds with this cycle. At your height you have alot of room to grow. Not trying to be negative but it's true man. Good luck with your cycle.

You should post up some pics. It's cool to look at them before and after too.

oh ye ... I wont take anything negative on this forum .. you guys are the pro !!! Yeah I could list my daily intake and get some help on it probably , that would be great ! I decided to go at 300 because of my weight wich I

dont even know it matter , like if I would of been 185-190 I would prob went for 500mg/week !

For the picture I am still the exact same from my last picture on Anavar .. I kept everything out of it as I kept training pretty hard but couldnt gain anymore out of it ! So my goal is to look better then these picture in 12- weeks

Protein Shake at 5-6 am and some fruit ... 8-9 am vegetable , chocolate milk ( 500 ml ) turkey with some cheese ( this is on road while working from stopstation ) 11 am 4 eggs , 3 slice of bacon , cheese and 2 slice of bread .... workout ..... 1-2 pm shake ..... 4 pm chicken with rice ... workout ..... 7 pm steak or fish or beef with potatoes or rice and vegetable ..... 9 pm what ever snack I can have before going to bed !!
 
Def going need eat more in my opinion.. I got some ideas, just got finish driving mack from beach lol. I'll reply soon. More lean meat is what see first. But that's me.
 
Looking good brother! Just keep eating and with the gear added and a solid training program you might just add 20lbs! For your size, you have good strength already. Better than me and I am slightly bigger than you. Keep it up!

You have a great base to start with. Just up the clean calories and you should be able to put 15 lbs of solid weight on for sure. More lean meat more often throughout the day. Maybe 6 to 8 ounces of lean meat (chicken, fish, pork) 5 to 6 times a day with a couple of those meals with some sweet potatoes and the rest with complex carbs like asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, etc. That is what I would do and you will put on lean muscle.
 
alright I will work on that and prep some food chicken fish pork for my job so I can eat them there ... thank you guys .. I am taking every help I can

Ok. My advice......add together your first meal of the day with your 11am meal. Those 2 meals together should be meal #1. Your largest carb meals of the dat should be morning and post workout.

Do your 4pm meal at least 2 other times a day. Try to have a red meat meal at least once a day.

If your gonna snack on something before bed, try to keep it as professional as possible.

Also...you say a "shake" at 1-2pm? What kind of "shake". Let me recommend blending up a cup of oats, milk, some kale, a banana, maybe a whole egg or 2 if it doesn't gross you out and some protein powder. I usually do something similar for my breakfast shake if i don't eat a solid food meal. Lots of good calories in that shake
 
I boil my chicken for about 10 meals worth. I eat asparagus and broccolli raw. Not much prep time to do that. I like routine though so I can eat the same meal all day long
 
I'm excited to see how this is going to turn out for you especially since you have GW in the mix. I'm blasting right now at 300mg and I do strictly CF as well.
 
Well I might need a new spot .. I am having hard time working ... I will go take a bath and hope it will go away a bit for my workout this afternoon !!!
 
I'm 6 weeks in and starting to notice lots of improvements in strength and conditioning. Usually on metcons I get gassed around the 10 minute mark but now I'm able to push a lot harder in cardio. Pr'd on my fran time and got down to 3:04. Still had plenty in the tank and should have pushed a lot harder.
Strength wise things are feeling really light.

I've blasted at 400mg for 12 weeks and I think I prefer 300mg but I'll know more this month as things pick up. I'll also be doing bloods this next week so I'll be able to compare the two blasts. Also I've been pinning sub-q so I want to know how things are going.

I have a competition this month so I'm anxious to see how I'll do.

It will be slightly sore, it's virgin muscle. Each pin gets easier. Now I don't even feel delts. And that's not trying be tough. I don't feel l it. Hell 3cc's in glute and I don't feel it... Takes time for muscle to get used to it.. But man is it worth it..
 
bit scary .. you dont learn this on forum , the pinning haha .. well you can learn it but it scary ... and I just did a pretty good work out .. quad felt ok but still soreness in it right now !!
 
well 2 full day after the pin ... I can finally walk normally and bent over to pick stuff !! I will try the right quad on monday .. Lucky I am using a lower dose or it would prob be more painful I guess
 
Lacrosse ball or tennis ball roll that shit out. Im telling you it helps.
 
I was not sure if I could roll it and stuff .. Ty haha ... Will make sure I massage on monday for the right !
 
Day #4 ... decided to inject my second dose of the week on sunday instead of monday ( as I am training on monday and resting on sunday ) Right quad this time , went so smooth did not feel the needle at all .... my quad feel a bit heavy but I can tell it going to be better for the soreness already !! :) pinned in the bigger part of the quad instead of the upper part !! thanks to my gf haha
 
#5 ... little soreness and tight in my quad but all good !! Is it possible that in 5 days and 2 injection that I am always hungry as f*** ? I gotta eat every time of the day and I feel better when I wake up ... I guess it might be placebo haha
 
#7 ... I had to do bench , overhead squat and clean 1RM ... PR all of them ... by 10 to 20 pounds .. very happy :) !!

I cleared my inbox and sent you a message, should be good now. No pain with quad? Thats awesome, I had to move on from the quads, too painful. What lab are you running gear from?

I am up 5 pounds wich is probably because I am always hungry and eating ALOT more . Looks like I recuperate faster a little bit already !

just make sure you are putting on quality weight. Dont go crazy and just eat anything. You want to eat clean and get those lean gains.
 
#10 ... I am up 7 pounds .. I just cant stop eating .. trying to keep as clean as possible !! My friend is having troubled sleeping so I will toss him some Melatonine ... I am sleeping well but I am having sex 2-3 time a day so

it get me tired for my night .. if I dont , seem like I cant sleep ... is that normal ?
 
nonono ... not that hahah .. I mean if I dont do it ... I CANT sleep at night cause it seem like I am not tired at all ! .. like my friend isnt having sex with his gf and he barely slept for the past 3 days ... same dose of test as me !

Good stuff. Keep at it. Get those gains. How is the strength coming? Bodyweight doesnt matter to me, how I look in the mirror and teh amount of weight I can push, pull and squat is what matters. Always stay under 12% bodyfat.
 
Look better and bigger .. but the strenght gains are not there yet ... I think I gotta wait still week 5-6 for that
 
#24 .... No more pip for the left quad but god damn that right quad is still sooooo sore ......... I am at 12 pounds up still but I slacked gym for 3-4 days and food went a bit out of control since I went to family party and stuff but atleast I kept those 12 pounds !!

Last time at gym , I lifted some of my pr I did on my var cycle by the end of it with ease so I think the strenght is coming in a bit ! :)

I will be hitting the gym very hard tomorow until the end of this cycle ! hopefully more gain to come :)
