I am relatively new to the forums and I have found some great information on here.
I was hoping to get some advice on timing with the SARMS Triple Stack (GW, S4 & MK).
I have searched the forums and I have found some valuable information but I was hoping to get some advice based on what time I train etc. I have used the MK previously with good results so I decided to give the triple stack a try.
This is what I currently do and I am looking at where to take the GW, S4 & MK
4:15am - Wake up and take Preworkout
4:30am - Protein shake
4:45am - Weight Training followed by cardio
Occasionally I do some extra cardio at about midday
When I ran the MK I took this at 4:15am then preworkout at 4:30am and trained at 4:45am.
Any advice on when to take the triple stack and how to split the doses would be great.
Also, I am unable to source HCGenerate. Is there something OTC that can be used instead of HCGenerate?
