Hello EVO,
I am a new member especially to posting on this board. I have been frequenting the forums here for 6 months or so reading posts within and learning a lot all of you have to offer.
My stats are 37 years old 6'5" @ 230lbs with approximately 18-20% BF. I have been lifting on and off for past 5 years, though I started in highschool and played sports throughout through college as well. My Off times were short over the last 5 years due to injuries and ailments with one of them being a back injury that put me out of heavy lifting activities for a short while. Since that I have been hitting gym pretty good over the last year and have gotten back into lifting and health of my body as a lifestyle moving forward. My basic routine is a bodypart or 2 at about 2 times per week. I do mix it up with weight and reps. Mostly lifting sets of 4 and hitting a rep range of 8-10. I will mix in drop sets to change it up. I lift all body parts consistently and have been getting back into major compound movements and lifts. I record the majority of my lifts to track my own progress. My last year has been focused on cleaning up my diet to eat clean meals with a primary focus on maintaining my protein intake. I am currently getting in about 300grams of protein a day. Drinking about 1 gallon of water a day, a preworkout drink when needed, and protein shake. I try to get a spread out of 6 meals a day at 2800 - 3000 cal intake a day. Diet consists of lean meats (Chicken, Fish, or Turkey), have stayed away from red meats since wife does not eat red meat. I am just starting to track other macros in my day to day which is not something I was particularly focused on in the past. The only supplements I've been taking are daily vitamin (Orange Triad), C4 preworkout when I feel I need the energy, Optimum Nutrition HydroWhey to help fill in some protein post workout and cover some additional grams which I do not get through my diet, and TUDCA every other day or 3rd day and that's it. I do not drink coffee or caffeine outside of the preworkout. I do not supplement much else though I do have liver supplements on hand.
I have taken a few PH cycles and made gains while I was in late years of college. I have run 1 cycle as well to date consisting of Text and DBOL. I have placed an order with PSL and plan on running a cycle to mix things up. This will consist of running over 10-12 weeks of the following:
-- TCYP - 300 - 400mg per week pin 2 x / week over the full length of 10-12 weeks depending on how things go.
-- TBol the last 6-7 weeks tapering in the first week at 20-30MG / day and the last 5-6 weeks at 40MG / day. (considering this though still not yet set. Will be getting some either way I decide)
-- Aromasin for AI and sides likely to run it low dosage of 12.5 E3D during cycle and change if and as needed
-- s LGI Damage Control (looking at N2Guard as well but that stuff is pricey imo...)
Post Cycle will include
-- Clomid @ 50 / 50 / 40 / 40
-- Nolva @ 20 / 20 / 20 / 20
-- LGI Rehab (have plenty on hand)
I have done research on this everyday over the past 6 months. Much of that research was reading just about everything here on the EVO forums. I am the type of person that likes to have everything in place, planned out well in advance, and ready before I commit. Thus, I will not start until I have decided exactly what I will be doing AND only when I have all items in hand including AI's and PCT. Assuming they arrive in short order I expect the earliest I would start is sometime in Mid to late August.
My goals are to drop some bodyfat, put on lean muscle mass, and well gain some strength in the process. I am not concerned with putting on major weight or breaking Olympic records.
I will be trying to get bloods before, during, and definitely post PCT. I will be purchasing from PSL in the next day or so and running all EURO Pharmacies of the TCYP, TBOL(undecided) at this time, and ancillary's (Aroma) PCT (clomid and Nolva).
Final thoughts - this seems like a great community and I am definitely glad and fortunate to be able to read all the information you regulars put out there. Glad to be a part of this community.
