thank you bros.....i strongly believe what i said , if you put the hard work and your mind to it you can achieve much more than you ever thought was possible....age ? I'm 59 so what ? I will get better and better , age IS not an excuse but only a simple number . Train hard , eat well , rest repeat....i train every single day , go all out for 35-40m then i'm out , often i do 2 workouts a day , take a day off when my body tells me to . Haven't done cardio for a while 'cause i train fast , intense and with very short breaks between sets . Will post my cycle and Diet for everyone interested

what is your daily diet like joe ?
i do 3 days low carbs ( 80-100g ) mostly around training , 250-280g protein from fish, chicken , lean red meat and whey , 50-60g good fats from fish , nuts ,avocado and Fish oils pills . Every fourth day i refeed with 300-350g carbs from rice , oatmeal and sweet potatoes , protein go down to 200g and facts to a strict minimum . It works Great also for competition prep

When you compete in 2016, make sure to enter the open class as well as the masters/grand masters division. I can't wait to see the look on all the young guys faces when a man twice their age is whooping their butts on stage.

My first sin with roids

Hi every one. I spent lots of hours reading advices for beginners and wish to take advantage of this cycle :


Weeks 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate – 500mg/week

With proper nutrition and training program you may gain from 10 to 20lbs with this cycle.

PCT

Day 1 – Clomid 150mg – in three divided doses.
Day 2 – Clomid 100mg – in two divided doses
Following 10 days – Clomid 50mg – before bed
Following 10 days – Clomid 50mg – before bed

Take Clomid before going to bed.

Any argument against it?
