Hey gang,
First post after my intro about a week ago.As mentioned in said intro,I've had gyno since 2007 after just a small cycle of orals.
After much reading on this and other boards,I decided Raloxifene was my best bet at getting rid of it,or at least shrinking it.The protocol I went with is very simple,Ralox 60 mg/day for 60 days, then if there's not much progress,up it to 80 until gyno subsides. Can't get any easier than that.
Weird thing is,after being on the Ralox for about a week, nips started getting itchy/sensitive again, and headaches/dizziness,which were the symptoms both when I first turned into Gyno Boy,and when it flared up big time recently.
I should mention, gyno wasn't super duper mega big and bad all these years till recently, which I figured out was evidently due to resuming DHEA at high dosage.I thought DHEA would help with the gyno by raising test,so I tapered it from 50 mg/day up to 200.Left side, which was always much bigger,at least doubled in size in a matter of hours (no exaggeration,100% serious) and has stayed there since.Never heard of anything growing that quickly.Had headaches, dizziness, itchy sensitive nips while that was happening.
Did research on DHEA and found out that in many folks it converts to estrogen in men,and test in women, the opposite of what it's "supposed" to do.
Anyway, after that long winded nonsense is out of the way,my question now is,would it be wise to add Aromasin to the Ralox in hopes of more effectiveness and quicker results?I was thinking 25 mg/day.
BTW,I realize Ralox can take 4-6 weeks before seeing any results, and maybe even a year before really getting it controlled,it's only been 2 weeks that I've been on it.I thought perhaps reducing levels of estro with Aromasin in addition to blocking the estro receptors in my tig ol' bitties with Ralox could help.
I should add that I've read all the anti gyno protocols here, and tho they sound promising,I can't afford all those goodies, plus from what I've read about Letro,I wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole.
I'm convinced that Ralox is the almighty gyno killer. No offense meant to the many Letro followers which seems to be most everyone here, lol.I give much respect to everyones knowledge here, and maybe I'll change my tune if the Ralox doesn't start working for me in another 4 weeks
