I decided to log my experience with ox since it's so new and to give some feedback on this product. I'm currently 6 weeks into my test e cycle and starting ox for 6 - 8 weeks.

Precycle stats: 29 5'11 193 15-16%bf

Current stats: 208 13-15%bf

Cycle:
1-16 test e 500mg
6-16 n2guard
6-12/14- oxandrovar 2 caps ed
5-10hcg 500iu week
17-18 hcg 1000iu week
1-18 .5mg adex eod

Pct: 19-24
Perfect pct by wpa
Gw, osta, nolva, clomid, aromasin

May start gw at week 10-pct.

Split:
Monday - back / light bis
Tuesday - chest / light tris
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - shoulders and biceps
Friday - big triceps
Sat/Sun - rest or makeup day if I miss one. Have 3 kids (1 is 9 months) 2 currently playing ball, which I coach, and my wife has to have time to workout too

No cardio at all until this week. Started with 20 min elliptical post workout and next week I should be on the field doing my sprints. Sprints is the only cardio I can stand because I get bad shin splints. Just didn't want to bust straight into them after not running at all this year. I've got 2 months left til our Destin vacation and Billy Bowlegs '14. Super pumped and that's all the motivation I need.

As far as diet goes I have switched thus week from a bulking diet with high everything to a more cutting diet with few carbs and a little more fat and high protein as always.

Anyhow, so far into this cycle, I've been feeling really good with my strength back up to where it usually is on cycle. Libido through the roof and just that overall sense of well being. Started taking the ox this Monday and am already starting to move heavier weight. Hit a new pr yesterday on incline db with 120s for a set of 6. Going for 4 but it felt really good and told my bro don't fuckin touch it!

Since this is my week 6 that's how I will call it in this log. Today will be week 6 Thursday and I will try to update daily so you can follow and/or critique my progress. This is my 1st ever log and I my intentions are to make everyone aware of how this drug works for me. I'm not a rep or affiliated so rest assure you will get the truth here. Anything else just let know.

Mine looks very similar except I have my Chest and Back switched(just don't like doing my two big lifts back to back). I imagine you have your Chest on Tuesday because of Heavy Tri's on Friday? Or just because everyone seems to do chest on Monday? lol

Yea Monday is national chest day at my gym and Tuesday is lets play in our phones and piss Phil off day. Lol The rest of the week is pretty open tho.

Week 6 Thursday

Felt really good today. Hit all my macros and made it to the gym at my preferred time 4:00. With all the kids activities I find myself training at all different hours of the day. I missed Monday so I'm a day behind so I trained legs today. Had a pretty good workout as follows:

Squats: 7 x 10,10,10,8,6,4,4
Leg press: 4 x 10
Leg ext: 4 x 10
Leg curl: 4x10
Calf raise: 4 x 10
Lunges: 4 x 10

Squats felt really good today. Ended at 315 for a set of 4 on my last set. Really took some time to work on my form with lighter weight about 2 months ago and the weight is now going up easier and easier. Just increasing by 10 lbs every week. I don't know if it's the oxandrovar or not but I had a serious lower back pump after I went over 225. I'm gonna start taking 4g of taurine starting tomorrow to see if that helps. I feel like this stuff is working already. At least that's what I'm telling myself. You know how it is, just waiting for the next workout to destroy some more weight. Got shoulders and biceps tomorrow and I'm betting that numbers going up on the last set too!

Yep. I've always been a long ester guy and use to waiting for everything to kick in. This stuff just hits so fast makes me question what I think is happening. I've definitely been sleeping a lot better this week.

Long day today boys. Worked 6:30 - 5 then had a game at 7. Finally made it to the gym afterwards to hit some shoulders. It took a few extra warm up sets to get going but once I did it was on. Did shoulders and biceps followed by sprints on the treadmill 1 min run, 30 sec walk.

Superset:
Smith press 6x10
Hammer curls 6x10

Db press: 4x8 heavy
Barbell curl: 4x10

Db Side lateral 4x10
Preacher curl 4x10

Db front raise 3x10
Cable curls 3x10

Rear delt machine 4x12

I hit all my numbers it did last week just a little more tired this evening I guess. I was pleased tho and felt really good to get it knocked out. Now gonna hit a casein shake and hit the sack. Got cardio in the am.

Took a day off today and got some things in order around the house. Got all my chicken rice n veggies ready and packed for the week. Gotta do the work thing before I hit the gym tomorrow but I can't wait to get in there. Gonna hit some back tomorrow and I suspect the oxandrovar should be kicking in good. Guess we will find out in the morning.

Week 7 day 1

Hit some back tonight. The strength gains are def kicking in. Felt like I was just killing the last 3 reps on every set. I felt like I coulda trained all night even though. Worked all day and had a game at 6:45 so didn't get to hit the gym til about 8:30 but nothing was stopping me from going. I'm excited to see what this ox has in store if it's feeling this good already.

Really wish I woulda started out with deads but I'll hit some Saturday with some cardio. Now for this damn preworkout to die so I can get some rest. Can't wait to blast some chest in the morning.

Week 7 day 2

Chest day. Had a good one today. It was another one of those late workouts so originally I was a little discouraged. Soon as I got a little blood flowing, I knew it was on. Ended up working up to the 120s on db bench for 5 reps which equals a pr for me. And without the ox, I wouldn't have got it. I really powered through those last 2 reps with some force. I'm loving it and can see why people are saying its a good kick start. I'm hoping to see some leaning out/hardening by next week. Workout was as follows:

Db bench 7 x 12,12,10,8,6,6,5
Db incline 4x8
Hammer strength press 4x10 superset
Cable crossover 4 x 12
Upward cable 4x12
Superset
Tricep push down 4x12
Peck deck 4x15

I'm starting to break out a little on my chest but it's not too bad as long as I shower right after I train. Got my weight up to 215 right now and just feeling thick through my chest and back. Hopefully I'll get a few days of sunshine or getting to the gym earlier so I can hit some sprints on the field. Between the rain and the late night workouts I haven't been able to sprint and that's really the only cardio I enjoy doing. I hate a damn treadmill.

Gonna grab one more chicken breast and hit the sack. Got legs tomorrow night. Ready to hit it hard because legs are my downfall

So my leg workout today was a little short but very intense. Finished off squats w 315 for 4 reps. First time back there since this time last year. I got in a little slump a while back not working them but woke up and now we make shit happen.

Squats: 7x10,10,10,8,6,6,4
Leg ext: 4x12
Leg curls 4x12
Calf raise 4x12
Lunges 2x12

Did all this in 45 min. Had a game tonight so had to hurry. Got a good meal in just now and gonna take it easy. Got back and biceps tomorrow so I'll update after that. One thing for sure my lifts are going up and I'm feeling really good working out. Loving the ox

Shoulders and biceps. Finally back to a normal schedule for the first time this week. Got to the gym around 4:30 and hit it for a solid 1 1/2 hr and 30 min cardio. Superset everything today.

Definitely still feeling stronger every day. Starting to squeeze my muscles while I'm just sitting around doing nothing. Ran into one of my best bro yesterday and he said I look the biggest he's ever seen me. Now 8 more weeks to lean out before my summer fun officially begins.

After going back and looking at my notes, I realized im off a week. I am currently 8 weeks in so today starts week 9. That gw is some nasty stuff. I hope I get use to it quick. Off to the gym to hit some back. I'll let y'all know how it goes in a lil bit.

Hit back pretty hard today. Probably about 1.5 hrs. Did the same workout as last week with a little heavier weight of course. Only difference was after I finished everything, I added deadlifts 5 x 10 @ 225. Felt really good. Cardio afterward was a little difficult due to the super lower back pump. Gotta remember to take that taurine in the morning. Ran 6 - 200 yard sprints for cardio. Planned on 10 but that def wasn't happening. Felt those stitches after the last 5. Hopefully that gw kicks in soon. Overall still feeling stronger everyday. My back has never been as wide as it is now. I catch myself squeezing my last every time I walk around, lol

Killed some legs today guys. Felt really good too.

Squats:
225x10, 255x8, 285x6, 315x4, 345x2
Leg press: 3x10
Leg ext: 3x10
Leg curls 3x12
Abductor/abducer ss: 3x20
Calf raise : 3x15

Lasted a whole 5 min on the elliptical and fought for that just to get the acid buildup out of my legs. I don't think I'm feeling the gw yet. I was pretty tired when I got off work and took like a 30 min nap before my workout.

Yea I definitely did. Barely any rest time between sets. Doing giant sets too on arms.

Legs were still sore from leg day so I only did 30 min on 14 incline on treadmill at 3.5. Calves just hurt too bad to run.

Far as the gw goes, I'm feeling some heartburn/acid reflux while running on the treadmill. My endurance is coming but I sure don't like that feeling right in the back of my throat like I'm about to puke. Have any if y'all experienced this with gw? Btw, thus is not going to stop me from taking it. I did 25 mins on the tread taking breaks every 7 mins to bust out a set of decline sit ups then right back on. Cardio is def getting better and can't wait to drop some more bf. gonna check my numbers in the morning to see where I'm at.

i know what you mean when GW can make you go into your own little world when doing cardio.....

You lose track of time and just power threw things.

And for the OX keeping things going....been there done that as well. Sometimes an oral can take you pretty far, even when your on other things too.

Geneza. I intend on trying all of the major ugl on this site in the future. But it's gonna be a while after this 16 weeker. Most likely gonna do the triple stack after pct.

Week 4 of oxandrovar and week 10 of my cycle. I feel bottomed out on the test really. Think the ox and gw pretty much keeping me going at this point

Those things def help boost the cycle but don't think the test isn't playing a big role still.
 
I for sure know it is bro. I'll never take test for granted. Starting to pick up nicely on my cardio. I've decided to go ahead and hit it for a solid hr on my off days. Need to cut as much fat as I can over the next 6 weeks. And the weather is getting nice down here on the coast and this dude is ready for boating season

Went through privatemdlabs and got my bloods done today just to see where I stand after 10 weeks. I'll post the results when they come in and y'all can tell me if there is anything I need to do to adjust my levels.

Got a game later on tonight. But first I'll be in the gym to hit some arms. Big arm Friday boys!

I saw no justifiable need. I didn't tread that water. Some of my constituents did however enjoy the 3 ED.

you will see better gains off 3 then 2 simple and plain, higher dosage trenavar and epi then the per pill output of each will give better gains.

So I got the results back from my mid cycle labs yesterday and I would like some input on my numbers. Main breakdown is like thus:

Total testosterone serum 3139 (348-1197)
Lh <0.2 (1.7-8.6)
Fsh <0.2 (1.5-12.4)
Estradiol 68 (7.6-42.6)

I just switched my ai from arimidex .5 eod to aromasin 10 eod. Should tgat suffice in bringing estrogen down a little bit? I think that number is what's keeping my abdominal region bloated.

Had a killer chest workout today. Started on db bench and worked up to the 130s for a set of 6. New pr for me so I'm pumped! Still taking just 2 caps of oxandrovar per day. After going heavy on bench the rest of my exercises were at about 75% strength really squeezing every rep. Still getting stronger every week on it. Very impressed.

start with 12.5 eod then if sides dont go down, try ed.Alot of people prefer ed due to the half life in aromasin
 
also i was going to ask why only running gw 5 weeks?

then i saw you are thinking of running week 10 on. yes run atleast 12 weeks of gw..weeks 12-24 or if you want to push the envelope 10-24

Sorry if it was a little confusing. I'm running the gw for a total of 16 weeks. It will go into my pct also. I'll also start ostarine 4 weeks before pct and all the way through pct.

Update. Been steadily progressing on my weights still. It's finally become visible the body fat dropping. The cycle has come together nicely. Going to hit an hr of cardio once the wife gets back from the gym and hit the islands.

Think it's under control. Took 10mg aromasin ed for like 8 days now. Think in gonna keep the dose the same and do my bloods again end of next week.
If it's back to a good number I'll switch to eod. Either way I'll know for sure with blood work again.

I would just keep it at that dose bro... Your test levels are high. No reason to drop the dose if its under control and your joints are good

Cool. I'll let you know after I get the results.

On a side note, cardio was a breeze. 1st real long session I've had since on the gw. Gonna hit it again in the morning.

Hit the gym after breakfast this morning and did 55 min of cardio. 20 min elliptical and 35 min stair step. I really start getting lower back pain going this long but it's not gonna stop me. Just gotta remember to take my taurine.

Ok I'm really feeling the effects of the gw. Cardio had been a breeze doing 45 min sessions after workouts this week. Got 2 more weeks left on oxandrovar. What I can say about it since I've gone to 3 caps is that I have really started to break out on my chest and stomach. I don't like it at all. My strength had stated the same even though I've cut more carbs from my diet. I still have kegs to do this week so I'll hit those tomorrow followed by light cardio and Sunday I'll do an hr session before Mother's Day activities.
