'Aromasin is an irreversably-binding AI. It binds with oestrogen and stays with it until the oestrogen until it is excreted from the body and won't allow anything else to bind with it in the meantime. Aromasin has a half life of about a day so I'd say roughly 4-5 days until the drug has left the bloodstream and new estrogen is circulating.'

Binds to the aromatase enzyme, not the estrogen hormone itself.
