Currently on week 3.5 of my cruise.

Not running any orals

Beat my bench press record last night from 180kg to 185kg 1RM.

Not bad considering I weighed in at 91.7kg

Fucking stoked.. If I do a deca/test course and smack 60mg of legit dbol well then I'm bound to do at least a 195kg bench..

fk yeah!! Strange how sometimes things like that happen. I have always put it down to body being under stress on blast during the end and when you cruise you just feel a lot better mentally and physically. I had some quantum dbol a while ago i dont think there is many if any around but shit they were strong!

Thats a really really strong bench at that body weight
 
that's some heavy bench weight. is that on a legit bench press? or one of those bench type machines forget the name. but I can lift heaps more on those. the ones you don't need a spotter.
 
I think anything above 3 plates on bench is pretty damn legit, awesome work man. I reckon you will be knocking on the door of 200kg next blast.

I don't think my body has the right anatomical structure/levers to ever be one of those people moving crazy weight on gym exercises, gear or no gear.

Best lifts natty are 185kg squat, 140kg bench and 220kg dead, 90kg strict ohp. By no means terrible, but not great either.

I think I'll eventually get into powerlifting..

My squats is terrible at 180kg

And deadlift is at 220kg

My Bench has always been really good..

My first year of training when I was 18yrs old at 62kg I remember I could get 2x100kg bench reps without spot.

Wish I had someone at my gym that could show me the ropes for powerlifting.


Next cycle I'll upload a photo or vid of me benching 190👌

dam that's sick man. i can't wait to hit a 180 bench. last time i failed on 170 lol after 160 flew up easy.

current PR's

Squat - 220kg
Dead - 270kg
Bench - 160kg

weight- 98kg lol

Fuck mate that is still good lifts!! Just your bench hanging behind by a little..

From 160kg to 180kg can easily be done within 2 cycles IMO

Nah bro, this was 100% normal bench

clean rep and not a finger layed on the bar once i was helped to unrack it

Powerlifting is pretty awesome sport to get into...... I have only done a couple of deadlifting comps..... the ppl are always nice and the other competitors always support each other

Man, your squat and deadlift are the same as mine..

I don't think that my squats and deadlifts are bad weights.. It's just my bench is soo damn strong..

It's funny... My chest is only quite average as well 😩

Hey bro, is it just local comps you enter or state ones etc? Obviously they don't drug test?

I have done local and states ones but you need to qualify for the nationals .......... if you are half descent the minimum are not set up too high to qualify for the nats...... there are natural power lifting organisations but most of the big ones .......... no they don't don't drug test you :)

Some them power lifters are fkn huge!!! Makes us body builders look small lol lol ( but there not much muscle )

P.s you do seem to have a descent bench on you!
 
Funny you should mention that because in the old days most were out of shape but I did a comp a month ago .......... and they were quite a few guys that compete in body building plus a lot of the other lifters look quite big and cut because a lot realized they can lift similar weights at a lighter body weight therefore many look after themselves nutrition wise

The iceman - he's huge!! And in pretty good shape
 
Pretty sure GPC which is one of the biggest feds doesn't drug test.

Having a big bench doesn't necessarily mean a huge chest. I think massive tri's is usually a prerequisite though.

There is some seriously ripped PL's out there. Dan Green and Chris Duffin are both pretty massive and in great shape. Both run copious amounts of gear as well I would assume. PL's are usually a little thicker through the midsection than BB's IMO

definitely get into powerlifting mate, lads with our height (5'6-5'9) have great levers for it

my best Natty lifts at 17yo were
160kg Bench
220kg Squat
220kg Deadlift

I was set to go for the Australian Junior bench and squat records until my car accident fuked my wrist

haven't touched those weights since aside from Bench which I got 175kg x 2 last December, and 200kg deadlift 2 weeks ago

But fuk am I keen to see what I can do on the 20wk blast ive got planned to start next week

I follow Josh Hancott.and Brett Gibbs on YouTube. Josh looks like a former skateboarder (no build at all) and Brett looks like he just walked off the set of Lord of the Rings.... both are total beasts with world record lifts.
