Water Intake During Cycle!!!

So I am severely obsessed with drinking water constantly. Is this going to have any negative effects while I'm on cycle (TEST E. only) or do I need to tone it down a bit? I have an AI on hand that will take care of the estro side effects such as the bloating, water retention and possible gyno. Also I will be doing cardio 3 to 5 days about 40mins to an hour. I'm trying to have that lean vascular muscular look by the end of my cycle(12 weeks) I'm just worried that maybe my insane amount of water consumption might be a bit problematic. I can easily run through a gallon and half of water in no time sometimes even two gallons.

currently sitting about 13-15% body fat at 190lbs and my training sessions are always intense a lot of volume work.

Side note: My diet will be on point. Lean chicken breasts, egg whites, sweet potatoes, oats, protein powder isolates, bcaas, veggies and so on and so forth you get the point.
 
There no problems associated with a high water intake and in fact, it's actually very good for you. I read a study that was done about 5 years ago where they measured the body fluid levels of average people walking into the gym to start their workout. 85% of people walking into the gym were dehydrated before even starting their workout!

I drink a half gallon of water during my workout alone. Bodybuilders have a higher water requirement then normal people because they sweat more during their workouts and have more muscle mass. Remember that your muscles are roughly 70% water.

Greatly relieved thanks brother! I was worried I was going to have to cut down on my water I don't think I would be able to handle it lol. But another related question. I know bodybuilders do cut out water getting close to their shows to attain that dry look. is that just an extreme version??

I Normally will drink between 1 1/2 to 2 Gallons of water during the Summer.

Because you state that your "obsessed"with drinking water then YES you may have a problem. You state you can go thru a gallon or more at one time??? If your drinking a gallon a day then that's great, but it doesn't seem that's what your saying.

There is something called "Polydipsia", which is very harmful and a psychological condition. Here is a link:

Personally, I am an advocate of the believe that if you take something, is because your body wants and needs that. So if you are drinking that much water, that means your body needs it. After all, I assume you are not forcing yourself into drinking that much water.
 
most people drink too little water

when you say you drink too much water how much we talkin here?

I would say it depends on your envonrment and lifestyle.. if you live in a hot climate and you are doing a lot of outdoor stuff then you should drink 1-2 gallons of water a day ,.. if you do not drink water you will die period

if you sit in an office all day in the A/C then you can get away with half that

Well usually people have quite the opposite problem so I would not worry about this at all
