What size Needle did you use.
Some Pain is normal for Virgin Muscle.
But if it's Swollen/Red/and Hot to the touch.
You may have an Infection.
If it's starting to feel better today, then it's just the Virgin Muscle.
Cause Test Cyp, if it's dosed at 200 or 250 Mg/Ml usually doesn't have any PIP.
If it's 1 of those Crazy High Concentrates @ 400 Mg/Ml or more.
Then it's most likely Cut with EO (ethyl oleate), and lots of Guys including myself, have Allergic Reactions to it................................... JP
I answered your question in more depth in the pm you sent me. It sounds like you had a bad injection. You didn't mention if it was a virgin muscle to injections but some PIP is completely normal in a virgin muscle to infections.
Apply ice to the area and supplement with 6-10g of fish oil per day to try and bring the inflammation in the area down. Gently do some light body weight exercises with the muscle to try and increase blood flow to the area.
As long as you don't develop a fever or rash, it's just post injection pain and you have nothing to worry about. If either of those two develop, go to the hospital immediately because you have an infection.

Sounds like a bad injection to me. If this is your first cycle then virgin muscle combined with an unsturdy hand will do it. You will get better over time.
No they will not. Antibiotics kill bacteria and have no effect on hormones.

I would not use antibiotics unless you really need them, and if this is just a bad case of PIP, not an abcess, it is a bad idea to use antibiotics, as they will not help you out. However, if you will use them, there are chances of your body getting used to those antibiotics, and in such case they will not work for you next time on, and you might really need them at some point of your life.
As @muskate has well said here, antibiotics will not affect your gear, as they do not interact.

Did they determine there was an infection or just give you a script and rush you out? It will not hurt but if not needed I wouldn't bother taking them. Has the pain diminished and swelling gone down?

Seems like there is something wrong with your gear - perhaps it is not sterile anymore. If that happened for a second time in a row, I would think twice before injecting it again.

you don't have an infection bro. just a bad injection where you hit a nerve, don't inject in that spot again.. or your gear is just garbage
99% of the time guys think they have an infection from injecting when the chances of you getting it are slim to none.
I would air on the side of caution and throw out the gear. Replacing the gear isn't overly expensive. It isn't worth risking getting another infection.
