Been training since my late teens - now I'm nearly 40 & considering taking my first cycle! Though, I started bodybuilding I soon grew a passion for Power-lifting. So, I'm looking for a cycle that will be good for strength, without too much excess weight-gain (obviously, with limited negative side-FX)! I really am VERY ignorant, despite my many years training, in various gyms! So advice on compounds, amounts, & counteracting side-effects, plus recommendations on suitable post-cycle therapy, too would be advantageous & greatly appreciated!
