Second Cycle (really my first) advice

Hey, guys. Found this website after a bit of googling last night, and it seems a lot more in-depth than the previous one I came from. As the title suggests, I'm after some advice and recommendations for a legit source. My first cycle was a 12-week cycle of subcutaneous Test C, sourced through Gearmaniac (Quintrex branded), and yielded zero results—no negative sides, not a single pimple, testie shrinkage or any positive sides. My diet and training had never been more on point, so it wasn't on that end. I'm not saying the gear is fake; my experience is far too limited to throw around those kinds of accusations. I'm just reporting on what happened to me. I also purchased some Var, which did yield some strength gains and nice pumps. I'm equally pissed about the waste of time. Had hoped to have results for the summer, but instead it was a time and money dump.


I would like to try that cycle again with a trusted source with proven results, or if anyone has any other recommended compounds to add in, I'm willing to listen and research. Some background info to help give some better-suited advice, I'm a wheelchair bodybuilder. I'm more prone to fluid retention, so I would like to avoid that as much as possible. Would also like to avoid compounds that thicken the blood more than others. My injection sites are obviously more limited, hence subcutaneous injections. I have heard that a test, Primo and Var Stack, is great for those purposes. Maestrone if no Primo.

welcome to the EVO family :D @Wheels85 Yeah sounds like you probably got fakes if you ran that much test and felt nothing at all. Test and EQ is a solid base and if you want to harden up without a ton of water, winstrol on top of that works well. Primo is good too but if it’s hard to source or pricey, mast or winny fill that role fine. Use trusted brands like @UGL OZ

I believe gearmania was suspended on EVO for scamming or something of that nature, I'm not surprised the gear is fake or feels like "a fake".

You really need to run a full log this time, pin schedule, doses, weight, training, even how you’re feeling day to day. Without that you’re just guessing again and won’t know what’s working. A clean log will also make it way easier for guys here to help you dial it in. It's a must to have a log and only takes 15min to start (you don't need gear to start, you dial in training diet before you start).

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Apart from the wheelchair thing what other stats (inc age)?
40. 170cm. Not sure on weight as it's a bit hard to measure. Definitely carrying too much stomach fat, but lean everywhere else. If I had to guess, I'd say I need to lose about 5-7 kg.

why is it embarassing? you aren't 35%. maybe 28-30% or a bit less. you are here to get better right? so lets do this. you are my hero for coming on here and wanting to improve yourself.. most people have no interest @Wheels85

bros no need for another steroid cycle.. YET. i would get leaner first. you got good muscle, just gotta cut down body fat. you should look at using retatrutide for 6 months. and tighten up diet bigtime @Wheels85

If I build more muscle, wouldn't I burn more calories at rest and while moving? Yes, this is me arguing my way into doing a cycle because I want to do one, haha. What about just doing 250-300 test, then once I've lost some weight, adding in Var or something else?

Hey bro welcome to the EVO fam!

People are suggesting losing bodyfat first because it will improve your gains and lessen the side effects you experience on cycle. Going on cycle while having high BF can not only increase the side effects of the compounds, but the negative health problems will be severely amplified. Meaning damage to your organs. PEDs are already not great for your organs but it's much worse when you BF is high.

For the injection spots, there are a ton of upper body spots you can hit. Delts, lats, biceps, triceps, even pecs (less ideal).

If I build more muscle, wouldn't I burn more calories at rest and while moving? Yes, this is me arguing my way into doing a cycle because I want to do one, haha. What about just doing 250-300 test, then once I've lost some weight, adding in Var or something else?
bros in theory yes, but then you would be a muscular guy with high body fat

I try to avoid taking AI's for controlling estrogen. @Wheels85 There's no need to be embarrassed that pic shows you have a great base and upper body is primed to start a journey to get hard, dense, and drop some BF to show it off.

Happy to hear this. Patience will have you looking the way you want a lot better than a cycle right now.
If you want to run a cycle I'd say run retatrutide. It is like magic for cutting!

There's a bunch of episodes on the EVO podcast about it too.
