So I finished a 15 week sus cycle a few months ago and I only pinned in my shoulders. After my last pin I noticed a hard lump at the injection site which hasn't gone away. I'm close to 3 months since last pin and at first i thought it was the oil sitting under the skin but because it hasn't gone away and is hard I saw a doctor which said it's a benign fat tumor. Anyone else gotten this?
^^^ I don't believe your problem is lipoma. It is far more likely to be incredibly hardened muscle tissue; the result of your having pinned in but one place throughout the entire fifteen week cycle. You could see your physician. But I'm all but certain that it will dissipate on its own, eventually.

I hope so. I'm in the army so I need my legs not to be fucked. I did my first pin in my quad and had a fucked up pimp walk for like two weeks. I found my shoulders were more less painful. I'll be doing my legs as well next cycle.

You're probably right, I remember back when I was taking peptides my stomach was getting similar but smaller hard lumps from injecting in the same spot. The doctor that saw me didn't know I was on PEDs so he hopefully it was just a miss diagnosis.
It's certainly not a lipoma.
What it sounds like to me is that something happened during the injection that prevented the oil from being absorbed. Your body is seeing the oil as a foreign substance so it's encapsulating it in the area to prevent it from spreading.
Basically, you just need to go to a doctor and get it drained. It's not serious at all.

You're also risking getting tested and thrown out.

I agree with @muskate - this is a very feasible situation here.
Pinning glutes is extremely easy and probably the least painful site as far as PIP is concerned. Definitely include them in your rotation next time.
I used to have hard lumps under my skin in my glutes and upper thighs from using vetinary bladder prop.
They are like rocks deep in the muscle, its scar tissue.
I have used an ultrasound machine to break it down.
They used to be like golfball sized and now have reduced to the size of a 10c piece.
They won't disappear, however they will reduce in size dramatically after a few sessions.
