Hi Guys,

I am logging GW thanks to the awesome folks over at Sarms 1, i am really looking forward to this and to really experience the cardio and fat burning benefits of this compound for my rats.

My rats started their Run today with a 5mg dose at 5:30 am and will have another at 5:30 pm, i am going to keep them at 10mg a day for the first week then bump them up to 20mg per day split 10/10

lets talk about the actual product itself

my package arrived within 3 days of shipping which is awesome
it came in a great hard usps box and not an envelope and was also wrapped in bubble wrap
the stopper is actually sealed in plastic which is great because other research chems i have gotten for my rats have not been like this.
thoughts on the packaging, good not great, i would suggest at least throw some packing paper in the box to keep it from rolling around otherwise top notch.

the bottle itself is great dark blue so no light gets in which i bet helps with keep the compounds inside stable.

the stopped is nice and actually fills almost all the way to the top.

the compound itself is viscous, this stuff is thick boys and its pink, it reminds me of pepto, i shook it very well before administering to my rats very thick but slides out of the dropper easily.

in terms of taste my rats did not complain i just dropped it down the back of their throats and they didnt even taste it though they did report kind of a warm feeling in their chest like taking a shot of whiskey afterwards.

Overall i am very pleased about how fast the product arrived and i am really looking forward to when it kicks in for my rats.

now i will share an easy healthy meal for everyone to make since the winter is coming

sweet potato beef and apple stew
2lbs chuck roast, or any lean beef (i used a butcher cut chuck with the fat trimmed off)
2 large sweet potatos
2 large apples
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1 tsp tyme
1/2 cup beef brother ( i used home made broth from a left over pot roast, you could also use half a low sodium bullion cube)
2 small onions sliced ( i used 1 large sweet onion)

chop up apples, sweet potatoes and onion and throw in a crock pot,
chop beef into 2 inch cubes and throw in pot
add salt, pepper, tyme, broth
cover and cook on low in a crock pot for 8 hours

remove contents,
put on a platter in a warm oven to keep warm if you wish
up heat on crock pot to warm for 5 or so minutes to let any fat in the juice rise to the top
skim the fat off
take the juice put it in a pot on low heat on the stove, add 1 or tbsp corn starch or flour, i used who grain flour, add 1 tsp cinnamon or more to taste and boom you got a nice little gravy thats not to fatty or high in sodium and a delicious meal that will feed you for at least 2 days

As for the recipe, my gf made almost the exact thing for me last week. It was great. The sweet potatoes get very tender and add a really distinct flavor to the broth. Awesome dish

I'm definitely in for this! Like I've said elsewhere I cant wait to try some of that Sarms1 GW that I've been hearing such great things about. And the other important things that people forget about like customer service, shipping, and packaging seem great as well.

On a side note that meal sounds fucking delicious, thanks for sharing.
 
if you stick to 2 workouts a day the fat will melt right off......esp with GW.


if you had to guess your BF %......where you think it will be?
 
gymrat if i had to guess bf right now i would say either a solid 13% I did a solid two months of a modified 5x5/german volume training and my strength has increased and i put on a little bit of fat that i did not want with the extra calories

today is day 4 and i am dosing the rats 20mg a day, already noticing the cardio effects and the stamina effects in the gym like decreased time between sets. i got a little unnerved when i would be lifting and barely breaking a sweat but my rats are loving the gw.

if i had time for 2x a day workout i would, i have been going to the gym around 5 am and i am there for a good solid hour of lifting and then 30-45 mins cardio depending what my work schedule is (i work from home and i travel for meetings daily so depending where i need to be dictates when i have to leave the gym) i do however compensate when i only can do an hour in the AM i usually get back in at night if possible.

i am planning on getting in the gym for 2x a day workouts at least 3x a week two of those days being the weekend. i like lifting in the morning it works for me its quiet my gym tends to get very very crowded at night during prime time, so if i can get my lifting and some cardio done in the morning and then some extra cardio done at night that is going to be awesome.

i will say i always hated doing cardio for cardios sake and i used to be a competitive runner, but i am very motivated to do even more right now, this is going to be a lot of fun

i did order another bottle for the rats so this is going to be a full 8 weeks with the only planned diet deviation being thanksgiving
 
Just started my GW today. Glad your noticing the cardio effects so soon. I can't wait till mine kicks in. :P
 
you are going to continue to be more motivated as gw will just continue to enhance your endurance and that will inspired you to go longer and harder... you are going to see the benefits in recovery in between sets as well... it is just all around excellent... keep up the hard work...

But that Sarms1 GW will melt all of that gravy and pie right off with the routine you've got going!
 
Thanksgiving is a free day for almost all of us! I always eat until I can't eat no more that day, and then have dessert of pumpkin pie and cheesecake afterwards...lol

werd. a huge cheat day for almost everyone lol.As long as you dont go apeshit on the leftovers for the rest of the week, you will be fine!
 
im actually even considering a bit of cheating on Thanksgiving... I believe this year that prime rib is on the menu instead of the traditional turkey and that, my friends, is very hard to say no to... =)

Dylan is going to have a cheat meal?! What!? Pics or it didn't happen...
 
alright guys an update since it has been a few days

The past few days have been absolutely great in and out of the gym
in the gym a few things that i have noticed. Cardio is a joke even my mindset to it has changed, i would go and do cardio and get to a point where i was like enough and now i will be on there and go this is way too easy and just push harder and harder and i am noticing more definition already, increased vascularity, i know vascularity is increasing with me when the veins in my traps start to pop

I am absolutely loving this right now
I am not sure if this is just me but i have been noticing a bit of a sore throat lately. I have just been dropping the GW down the back of my rats throat twice a day, it has been feeling a bit raw.

On Dylans suggestion I have also started running n2burn, 2 caps 2x a day to help as an appetite suppressant.

This increased cardio and endurance makes me feel like I am back in my competitive running days when i was an all state track runner. I am hungry all the time and back then i used to run run run and eat whatever i wanted lol, but that is not the case anymore.

So hopefully the n2burn will curb the appetite. The eating has been clean, i have a whole chicken roasting right now and making some baked green beans to go along with it tonight
 
if your 13% things should move nicely

I agree about the n2burn. 2x2 dosing will help you NOT eat...lol

I take 5 caps a day a lot with n2B. 1 cap every other hour. nice, smooth. if im going to eat I take it right before to help metabolise the meal
 
i think it will help quite a bit. especially when the cals are really low.....because you body will really slow down your metabolism at that point.

exactly gw will change your whole outlook on cardio... its crazy how much easier it becomes..that alone is a HUGE benefit to fat burning.

sorry for the delayed absence things have been a bit crazy in my life with building a house which needed some immediate attention and my parents coming up over the weekend.

GW is still going strong in my rats I am very amazed how quick the fat is melting off, it is almost like i feel i have to eat more to just maintain lol but i am quite happy with the results especially in my thighs which have always held more fat than i cared for in the past.

i have been noticing some serious muscle hardness and density, i am coming onto week 3 and the density is definitely showing its pretty amazing, my muscles feel a lot fuller as well.

like i said last week i have started using n2 burn and also started back on n2slin which i usually cycle 3 months on 2 months off during the year just to keep things fresh
more updates coming this week though i do plan to pig out a bit on thanksgiving who can turn down pumpkin pie?

Awesome to hear things are still going well bro. Nice update, and enjoy that Thanksgiving day. I think that is universal cheat day for everyone...lol
