Bpc 157

Growing Brother
My right shoulder is fucked. Think it could be my rotator cuff. I can train everything except for chest. Even shoulder presses I can do without pain/discomfort.
I ordered 2 five ML vials of bpc-157. I am planning on doing 500mcg daily for 20 days injecting into the affected shoulder as close to the pain area as possible. Do
you guys have any tips/suggestions or any input whatsoever on any of this? Thanks.

Have you gotten your shoulder professional checked out? Before you do anything, I would get X-rays done to see what the actual problem is. Unless you know what the actual problem is, trying to solve it going to be like throwing darts in the dark.

I had clients use BPC-157 in the past with success. Your dosage looks good. Do the injections IM in your side deltoid head.

A great addition to your recovery stack would be:
1. A good joint supplement. The board sponsor n2bm.com makes an awesome product called n2joint rx
2. ostarine -> https://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866
3. Natural anti-inflammatory supplements like fish oil and turmeric

Thanks Trevor. Ostarine is in my plans and will probably throw in a joint and anti inflammatory supp as well.
So you think hitting the side delts is good enough? I don't have to try to go right into where the pain is? I was
planning on using slin pins. Do I need to go deeper than that?

While I have used BPC-157 with some success.

In your particular case, I would see a Doctor, get an MRI or X-ray.

And then see a Good Physical Therapist................................ JP
P.S.
If it is a Torn Rotator, you may need to get the Surgery.
If it's just a Strain, then the BPC may help, but you need to get a Professional Opinion.

This just blows me away. Maybe jumping to conclusions here but why on earth would you seek medical advice on a forum and self administer this drug without knowing what is wrong with your shoulder. Some people harp on doctors being useless and not really looking into the best care of the patient but I do not see that at all. Get a medical opinion on your shoulder first. Then debate your options all you want on a forum.

I went through a rotator cuff tear. of course it was on my right side, guess which side you 'cheat on' when you are pressing.. of course your right side (if you are right handed) but anyway xrays won't diagnose a rotator, only an MRI will. in most cases you don't need surgery, but you do need a lot of rest and physical therapy

1. 50% of dudes in the gym who lift consistently have some degree of rotator tear
2. best way to prevent it is to avoid in the first place, once you do get it you need to work on your mobility. I suggest going to see a good SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPIST who will show you or go on youtube. do these exercises DAILY, i did these for 6 months straight.
3. accept the fact you will not be able to do pressing exercises or pull downs/pullups for a while. you can still do other exercises that don't put pressure on your rotator cuff

and the key to avoiding rotator issues is don't lift heavy (hard to do but that's reality), warmup (most guys don't warm up enough), keep mobility and flexibility good (nobody works on this).. also too many guys over train their shoulders, they do bench/military on Mon, then on tues or wed do rows/pullups.. then on FRI back to bench heavy. you CANNOT over train your shoulders, that is one area you can't.. you can overtrain abs, you can overtrain calves.. but NOT SHOULDERS@

i agree with this but if someone on the forum like me went through a rotator cuff tear we can really help this guy out. i wish someone told me what i know today after 3 years of dealing with my rotator.. would have saved me a lot of time and $$$$ plus would have given me a dose of reality. i was actually still lifting heavy with a tear, and making it worse. so when i tell this guy he has to accept he won't be benching 3 plates for a while i am giving him a dose of reality

Steve - absolutely agree with everything you put out here for this guy is valuable. I just see too often someone posting that they have this issue, this injury or these symptoms asking basically for a medical diagnosis on the forum. Let's be honest, no one on here can diagnose alot of these things from a computer screen. And for sure diagnose a rotator cuff injury based off the little info given by the OP. And on top of that he is self administering this peptide without even knowing what the injury is. I guess my point is he should get an doctor to look at his shoulder, get an MRI to find out what is wrong and then come back and discuss his options on here with a better understanding of the injury.

You come across as somewhat of a cock. I did not ask anyone for a diagnosis. I asked for opinions and/or advice on BPC-157. I have an X-ray scheduled already and in the event that I don't need surgery, I want to aggressively try to get it right.

These injuries are so common for guys like us that lift heavy. Over time it can be wear and tear that just causes these injuries. Hopefully you don't actually need surgery. Honestly, until you get that xray done just rest will be the best option.

You can do a shoulder press but would a twisting motion be painful? Think of an Arnold press.

come on bro.. stimy is a good member of the site. he would never be an ass to anyone

as for your question you need an MRI. xray's won't show a rotator cuff.

and i tried everything for my rotator cuff.. the things that helped were

1. rest
2. mobility exercises
3. prolonged fasting to reboot cells
4. nutrobal (took the stuff 2 months straight and it helped A LOT)

The brothers have given you sound advise, I tore mine many years ago when I was just lifting and not caring how the human body worked (I was still young). Being ignorant I tried to keep going, pushing myself to do whatever I could and because of that it took a little over two years for my shoulder to heal.[emoji22] a little time going light now will help you heal, and give you a stronger future!!!
