BPC-157 Questions

Hey all, apologies if this is the wrong place or post format - first time here.

Without getting into too much detail I'm a long time athlete, 32 years old, 5'7, 69kg (relevant later) who's been suffering with groin tendinopathy and Osteitis pubis for 18 weeks now.

Both are chronic inflammation in nature and I've tried months of rehab, and strengthening to no avail.

Questions:
1) Would BPC-157 injected into the groin or lower abdomen (main pain area) solve this?
2) If yes, for age/size what dosage, for how long, aussie sources?
3) Does it come ready to go or do i need to "prepare it"
4) What syringes would i use? I assume it's subcutaneous so fairly non-invasive/painless?

Appreciate any tips, advice etc - and again apologies if this is the wrong place
 
Hi mate,BPC can be injected anywhere.Belly fat or intramuscular.Ive tried and tested many ways into injured area and not and still great results.Id suggest 250mcg a day and adjust after a week if need be.Size 29 insulin needle and off you go.Most vendors sell unconstructed so you will have to mix with bac water.

welcome to the EVO family :D @apolx BPC can be tricky especially in your situation. It’s hard to give real guidance because we honestly know nothing about you beyond this post, so before talking protocols you need to start a proper log with age, training history, injury timeline, current rehab, and full context. Get a log going so the EVO family can actually see the full picture and give you advice that’s not guesswork. 15min of your time.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

i would get the KLOW mix. inject it anywhere subQ

you can inject anywhere as long as you're not hitting a vein, or a bone, or a tendon, or something like that.

Bros, BPC-157 definitely worth a shot. You can also go with TB500. TB500 travels better in the body, so you don't have to pin so close to injury.

it's certainly worth a shot to use BPC. I would also stack it for TB500. A lot of people also use the KLOW stack. It's very effective for healing.

there are plenty of dudes running these healing peptides. Check out their logs and get your own logs started as well. Everybody is going to be a little different. Some people love BPC-157, some people prefer TB500.

@apolx I recommend pinning into the injury site.... You can use an insulin needle. It should come with Bac water which you can reconstitute yourself pretty easily.
