Started my next cycle this morning. Posted this a few months back and took the feedback and put the plan into motion. Today is D-Day. This will be my biggest and longest cycle to date. I brought on muskate on as a coach and trainer, so we have been working together for the past 8 weeks in preparation of this cycle. He has been a huge help in the training program development and built me the custom diet. Already made strength and physique changes in the 8 weeks leading up to this cycle.

Current stats:
38 yo male
5' 10", 85 kg around 13% BF
Training since 2012, first cycle in 2015
Began TRT in 2014, Test levels were at 210 ng/dL. Doctor prescribed 125 mg/week.
1RM Deads - 182 kg, Squat 148 kg, Bench 107 kg

Cycle goals:
Increase strength, add 7-10 kg of mass as clean as possible
Goal weight 91 kg at 10-12% BF

Cycle layout is below.

I will start with RoidMass Test E and EQ, Dbol and Proviron is from PharmaCom and ancillaries are from Nordic and ag-guys. Various supplements taken throughout the cycle as per recommendations from muskate.

Training will start out as a 6 day a week split, 3 days heavy and 3 days hypertrophy. 1 leg day, 1 pull and 1 push, then repeat.

Diet is based off 3000-3700 calories a day with the high calorie day on leg day, normal calories on all other training days and light calories on Sunday. My maintenance caloric intake is 3200 calories.

Will log this for my own benefit, but if you choose to follow along you are more than welcome!!

Photos are from Saturday to show current physique. Will post updates from time to see how the cycle is turning out. Had to take these while on vacation, as I literally just worked out Saturday morning, spent the next 31 hrs on planes or in the airport, arrived home Monday morning and went straight to work..... But that is how excited I was to start this cycle!!

It looks great, stymy. I especially like your very realistic and thus totally achievable goal of 7 - 10lbs of new muscle. Kudos!

Well..... I was hoping to gain 7 KG of new muscle, but I think ~ 15 lbs in 20 weeks is achievable.

I am in to follow. This should be an awesome cycle and log. Test and EQ is a really nice cycle for gaining mass and also great for lower side effects. Keep us updated on your progress.
 
would like to see your pics SHAVED while pumped. hard to see much cause you are so hairy.

We'll see steve..... I might be able to show you that smooth pumped body you ask for......no promises!! LOL!!

Why are you stopping the Proviron @ Week 16, and not running it for the entire Cycle.................... JP

When I posted this cycle a while back to get some feedback, it was brought up that since I am finishing out the cycle with Winstrol that I don't need 2 DHT derivatives, so I dropped it when I start the Winstrol. Make sense?

I am training @stimy so I don't have too much to add - other then the fact that he is a pleasure to train. This guy is the definition of a worker. Never makes excuses. Mr. getting it done!

@JP4355 - I told @stimy to drop the proviron when using the winstrol since both steroids are very good for lowering SHBG. He is using the proviron for that reason - not for libido. No need to use both when he has no issues with libido.

I am subscribed to your log brother. I am really looking forward to the next 16 weeks.

Good to hear, as I've received a couple of Emails from Pharmacom Labs a couple of months ago.
Warning about Fake Pharmacom Products, with Identical Labeling.
And that's where all the bad reviews were coming from, Guys who were scammed.
Cause they didn't check the Dealer Page to see if they Seller was Authorized by Pharmacom...................... JP

Update Day 4
Finished 3 days of heavy legs, pull and push. 4 sets of 3 on all major lifts. Didn't go to crazy, but made solid lifts and focused on form. Last thing I want to do is hurt myself during my cycle, and have to abort.

4 sets Squat 135 kg x 3
4 sets Deads 165 kg x 3
4 sets SL Deads 120 kg x 5

4 sets Bench 100 kg x 3
4 sets OH Press 50 kg x 5

4 sets Bent over BB row 100 kg x 3
4 sets of T-bar row 95 kg x 5

Diet - Haven't gotten fully on the cycle diet in terms of exact macros and calories as I traveled all weekend and didn't have time to meal prep. But diet consisted of breakfast protein and oatmeal smoothie, 3 meals of lean meat, sweet potatoes or brown rice and veggies. Post workout protein and carbs and dinner of meat, carbs and veggies. Will do all of my meal preps this weekend to get 100% on the cycle diet.

Pinned Monday morning on the right side. Pinning now on my left side. No PIP, all went smooth. Dosing my Dbol at 9 am and 1 hr before workout. Proviron at 9 am and SR9009 1 hr before workout. If there are recommendations on better timing please chime in. Not feeling invisible yet, but I can feel it brewing.....

Did hypertrophy legs and it was the first sign I was enhanced..... After 4 sets of 10 on my squats, the pump was insane!!! They felt like they on fire in a good way. Totally engorged and full and I thought my tights were gonna burst. I can't ever remember my quads feeling like that ever. Breezed through the workout in 1 hr, so kept my heart rate up and the sweat dripping.

Week 1 Summary
Week 1 is in the book. I would call it a solid start. Strength days were heavy but not all out quite yet. 4 sets of 3 went well. Focused on the lifts and getting settled on the lifting program from muskate. The hypertrophy days felt great. 4 sets of 10 for all lifts. Good pumps and looked nice and full after each day. 6 days of training and took Sunday off to head to the beach.

Pinned on Monday morning and Thursday night with RoidMass Test E and EQ. All smooth and only slight PIP on Friday. I am thinking that pinning and then going to sleep will cause some PIP as the muscle stays motionless all night pretty much and the oils are not dispersed as well as when I pin in the morning and move around all day. Just my thoughts.

PharmaCom Dbol (20 mg) and Proviron dosed during my second meal. Dbol (20 mg) and Nordic SR9009 dosed 1 hr before workout.

Didn't really feel "enhanced" till day 4 when I could tell from the leg workout. Pump was huge after squats and strength endurance was up. Felt like I could just keep lifting and lifting. Nothing to crazy yet, just something different than the normal workout feeling.

Trimmed up as some had suggested so I have a better idea of my real starting point. I don't like being shaved so it will not be a regular thing, but a good idea for start and finish maybe.

So I weighed 84 kg on Monday 10/23 and weighed 84.7 kg on Monday 10/30. Take that for whatever it is, water, fat, muscle, not sure. Probably all of the above.

Pictures are from Sunday 10/29. I proceeded to get a sunburn on my hairless body after the photos......

Week 2 Update
14 days in and things are looking good!

Diet is all in check. Meal prep done on Sunday and Thursday. Gotta thank my wife for all she is doing to get me fed. Breakfast, 3 lunches and then a big dinner is a lot of food to make and she never skips a beat. Leg Day is 4000 calories and honestly it is a lot of food!!! Push and pull days are slightly less at 3700 calories so still a lot of food. I find my post workout meal to be the one I enjoy the most as i get 2 bowls of cereal/milk and a protein shake. LOVE me some cereal. Been taking it easy on Sundays and just eating fat and protein when I get hungry. No carbs, but really don't crave them as I been eati g them all week.

Training is going well. Lifts are solid this week. Had one off day and had to step back and regroup before finishing my last 2 sets of squats. Deadlifts felt great, 150 kg for 5 sets of 5. Chest and back workouts all in all were solid. So I am still trying to work through some tendonitis on my right bicep, which is affecting my back and bicep lifts but so far just powering through it. It is quite painful though.

Weighed in at 85.9 kg this morning, so up 1.2 kg this week..... kind of surprised me. But I can tell my pants are getting snug, so definitely adding some water weight and muscle mass. Chest looks full and my glutes and quads have increased as well. I don't feel bloated, but the best way to describe the changes to physique so far is my muscles look full. Looking forward to seeing the Test and EQ take effect in the weeks ahead. Right now I attribute all the changes to the Dbol.

Chest and quads look much fuller compared to your last set of photos. Keep up the awesome work
 
Week 3 - Things are really starting to click. I feel great inside the gym and out. Hit the gym and don't want the workouts to end. Libido is through the roof..... and in general I just feel big and strong. Like a badass.

Workouts from Trev are put together perfectly. 6 sets of 5 this week. Seeing big strength gains in my back and leg lifts. Calc 1RM on Bent Over BB Row and T Bar Row up 11 kg. Squat is up 14 kg and Leg Press is almost to 400 kg Calc 1RM. Making little strength gains on chest and OH Press, but still slinging the weights.

All I can say about the diet it I eat a lot of food..... seriously a lot of food. Sundays I give myself a break and go no carb and eat only when hungry.

Dbol is clearly doing its thing. Strength and weight are all climbing. Muscles are full and clothes are starting to be quite tight. Some of my slacks have become inappropriate for wearing in public..... waist is still small, but thighs and calves are stretching the pants. Haven't popped a button on the shirt yet but it may be coming. Noticed my hands were staring to show dry skin on the knuckles so I dropped my Aromasin from 15 mg EOD to 10 mg EOD.

So far so good. Really please with the cycle so far and the coaching from Trev.

End of Week 5 Update

Finished my first 5 weeks. All going smooth so far. Weighing in at 87.7 kg, so up 3.7 kg. Added kg's to all of my lifts.

Squats 150 kg x 3
Deadlift 190 kg x 1
Leg Press 360 kg x 6
Bench Press 115 kg x 3

Isolation exercises have all been going up as well. Been tracking everything so I know how things are progressing. Training program from Trev is challenging to say the least. 3 heavy days and 3 hypertrophy days. Spent after each one.

Suffering from a lat injury at the moment so laying off the back days. It is in the armpit but notice it during the day and at the gym as well. No pain doing rows, but pull ups and lat pull downs are a for sure no go. Going to give the back a break and see if I can get healed up.

Gear so far is G2G. No complaints on the Berd Test E and EQ. Based of my results in the first 5 weeks, gonna say the PharmaCom Dbol is doing its job. Planned for 5 weeks, so no more going forward..... I already miss it!!! Time to let the Test and EQ do their thing. Expecting a small drop in weight this week as I shed some water weight, but that is just a guess.

Some of my slacks for work are having to be decommissioned as they are no longer "appropriate". To tight work comfort and showing too much of everything. Shirts are gonna shoot off a button here pretty soon as my chest has grown quite a bit. Might have to go clothes shopping before I end my cycle.....

All in all coaching from Trev, awesome, gear from Berd and PharmaCom, G2G, and diet and training on point. Only better things to come!

those are impressive lifts man. X kg by 2.2 and you would get pounds

you are big and strong for sure. eventually when you get sick of powerlifting you can cut down like i did and have a very ripped physique and not worry about muscle waste

That's what I was thinking too. Everything is growing but holy crap - It looks like he's added 3 inches to his arms in 5 weeks.

Dude...you must have ladies asking you to open up their pickle jars for them all the time.
 
Cheers guys!!! So far so good and I am very pleased with the results so far. Chest, shoulders and arms are definitely bigger but so are my quads and glutes. People have been coming up to me in the gym with compliments as well. Feels good!!

Anyway just got back from camping and ready to hit the gym hard this week. Thanks guys!!

great cycle but i dont see 10kg with it man if you want thay you need a big mass gainer and 10kg of lean muscle is even more far fetched in a big time bulk meaning 16 weeks test at 250 14 weeks deca at 600 and 14 weeks eq at 800 maybe 10 kg steriods arent magic
 
Update.....

Recovering from Malaria at the moment. Just focusing on my health and my recovery. Went camping 3 weeks ago. Starting feeling off last week. Huge headache last Wednesday and woke up the next day feeling like every bone in my body was breaking. Did a home test and showed positive for Malaria. Went straight into the clinic and blood smear confirmed the parasite. Finished the treatment and on the mend now. Starting to feel human again today. Thankfully I caught it early and started treatment early.

Path forward not clear, just working to get my body back to 100%.

Happy to be alive!!
