Starting Stats: 175 pounds, 6 foot 1. Who knows on BF

Nutrition: 3kcals Macros: 262 protein, 90 fat and 290 carbs. Will be adjusting weekly as needed. Cheat meal once or twice a week.

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday:
Morning: Back/Bi's
Evening: Lift with my wife and hit a random bodypart

Abs are hit every other workout. I do add some steady pace cardio in on Saturdays.

Goal is to gain 15-20 pounds of quality muscle.

Yes, the TBOL is pictured, but I am not using it this go around. Second cycle I will add it in.

I will update the log once every week as time permits and give a summary of the week for me. Wish me luck :)

Update: First pin tonight went pretty well the hardest part was drawing. Lesson learned using bigger needle for drawing. No pip at all. Went in smooth as butter.

I'm following along, I stared the same 1st cycle this week with a different brand of test, I'm 6'1, 190lbs at 2.5k Kcals a day to start, be interesting to see how we differ

Everything looks good - only thing that slightly worries me is your LDL levels on your pre-cycle blood work.

Not terrible but you are going to want to keep an eye on your cholesterol levels and make sure they don't get worse.

I would pick up some krill oil (the sponsor on the board n2bm.com carries it) and grab some fish oil (I get mine at Costco). Take 2g krill and 6g fish oil each day. Krill/fish oil is the best supplement you can take to improve cholesterol levels.

So that equals to about 8.7g a day of Omega 3's. I know Flaxseed Oil is not EPA and DHA, but I am trying to get a combo of Omega 3's. I also take 1200mg's of Niacin daily for heart health etc.. Thoughts? I am open to suggestions if I need more EPA or DHA per day.

The conversion rate of ALA to EPA/DHA in humans is terrible.

Fish off the flaxseed oil that you have but once you are done the bottle, replace it with krill oil and seal oil.

Flaxseed oil is pretty much useless as a omega 3 source for humans.

Also, try to eat as much wild caught fish as possible. Limit saturated fats, refined carbs and sugars as much as possible.
 
Don't forget greens, more fibre.

First Week Update: Second pin went great. Smooth as butter. Thinking of grttimg 18g drawing needles though. No side effects so far except I am literally hungry alllll the time. I'm listening to my body. If it wants more food it gets it. My weight this week is averaged out to 177.

I did purchase more fish oil. Kirkland super concentrate which is very high quality. They did not have at my local Costco and ended up having to buy online at Amazon. Thanks to muskate and masonic.

Overall feeling great so far. Would like to recognize masonicbb who has went out of his way to always help me.

Week 2 Update:

Third pin went great. Fourth pin went a little different first time drawing blood. Hit a blood vessel, cleaned up and all good after.

BP Average for the week: 130/80

Weight is at about 178 at the end of the week average.

Changed AI to 6.5mg ED instead of 12.5mg EoD

Wanted to include supplementation and anything else I am taking in this update, most supplements I take are for cardiovascular health:
10mg Policosnal
GNC Joint Health Pack (Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Multivitamin)
1500mg Niacin (Flush Free)
6G Fish Oil
1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil

Feeling great so far, except for an anxiety attack that I had. I do get them so I can't directly relate this to test. I smoked some cannabis afterwards and was good to go.

Week 3 Update: A little late, been busy with work and eating. Seriously.

I am up to 182 at the start of the week. That is 7 pounds up. A lot of water I am sure. Feeling great, though! Best I have ever felt.

As for lifts, I do not really "track" my lifts. I kind of just have them in my head ha! However, I can easily bench 215 for 5 sets of 12. Week 1 I was probably doing around 195 or so. My dead lift and leg press have also went up dramatically. Again, I just have the numbers in my head and do what starts to be difficult at about the 7th-9th rep. I focus on working the muscle. Very impressed with strength gains so far.

Results have been insane! Strength increases in every lift. I barely fit into my shirts and I am currently up to 191 pounds. I have increased my food intake accordingly. I am recovering fast after every lift. I find it almost impossible to get sore. I got bloods friday but awaiting results to post. Will post ASAP.

I do have some mid cycle pics for everyone. Please enjoy!

I have had 0 side effects. My blood pressure was around 130/90 so I picked up 5 peecent nutrition liver and organ defender as I ran out of n2guard a while back. Bloood pressure 116/75 on average now.

Results have been insane! Strength increases in every lift. I barely fit into my shirts and I am currently up to 191 pounds. I have increased my food intake accordingly. I am recovering fast after every lift. I find it almost impossible to get sore. I got bloods friday but awaiting results to post. Will post ASAP.

It is my first cycle, so not 100 percent sure but it does look that way. I pinned Tuesday AM and then got bloods Friday AM. Probably has something to do with my Estrogen levels. Going to fix that.

Hmm I am not sure then. My test vial is 200mg/ML. So, I am pinning 1.25 ML Monday and Thursday.

if you go through a doctor they aren't going to understand about capped vs. uncapped. even if you tell them you are using steroids they still won't get it.

in your case you went through privatemd.. they may not understand about uncapped, the people on the phone are just customer service. if you want accurate blood work you gotta get the uncapped. see the blood work thread in the source section to learn how to order that one

just so other people understand don't feel like you wasted money on blood work because you got it CAPPED. it revealed 2 important things you need to watch for and correct

1. your E is too low.. need to back off your AI. this is a BIG DEAL and your blood work was 100% worth it because it showed this.
2. your cholesterol is strained, need to watch this closely .normal to be that way on steroids. if it doesn't normalize off cycle then your heart is not healthy.

With a capped test. Levels above 1500 will simply be shown as <1500. I found this out on my last test. Labcorp recently changed their some of their lab ranges. If your levels are expected to be above 1500, you need the total testosterone test that includes the LC/MS-MS as per their website

yes that is why i recommend anyone who wants to learn more about blood work read the article on blood work i did on here.

His didn't show <1500 though it showed 1484.

I have explained why that happens before. when they input the numbers manually if they are off by .1 for example it would calculate out to 1490 or so instead of the 1500. that is why you get the UNCAPPED. read the thread in the source section where i go over it ad naseaum

Remember, roidmass is an approved source for evo, meaning that the moderators must protect it. I just got my test results on Friday from private MDlabs, showing >1500 on 250mgs/ week of test e so I'm not sure why Stevesmi is claiming privateMDlabs makes all these mistakes. 1484 is your TT number. (moderators bout to be pissed haha watch them all reply)

you are fatigued because you gained too much, too fast. i would take a step back man. think of how much strain your body is going through right now. time to take a breather.
 
I disagree I think your estrogen is crashed thus why you feel tired (easy fix) I'm in that same boat right now. It was so low it couldn't even give you a accurate reading. Back off the A.I.

Even though I gained an amazing amount of mass etc... I would have to agree here that it is underdosed. Otherwise my test levels would have been dobule what they are on 500mg/week. The lab results should have shown greater than 1500. I cannot find any other information that would prove otherwise.

I agree. 25 pounds of weight is ALOT of weight to gain in 10 weeks. 10 weeks is not a lot of time.

Grab a 25 pound plate at the gym. Put it in a backpack and walk around with it on your back for 5 minutes. That's the strain you put your body through almost instantly.

I would focus on recomping the rest of your cycle. Don't make the scale go up anymore. This sport is a marathon brother. Gaining too fast is going to put a ton of strain on your body.
