vitamins for bones

Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc.

Those 4 vitamins/minerals + weight training will increase bone mineral density.

Vitamin B12 appears to have an effect on bone-building cells. Vitamin K Supplement is also important for normal bone growth and development. Vitamin K helps attract calcium to the bone. Low blood levels of vitamin K are associated with lower bone density and possibly increased fracture risk.

This is a good list and I am glad you mentioned weight lifting. Most people I run into think the opposite is true.
