Lean bulking. Falling short in fulfilling proteins on a daily basis. I do not like eggs (no - non veg food) in any form.
Can anyone suggest a good egg powder, also specify the name of the brand (manufacturer). I'm falling short by 100gms of protein. If egg powder ideally provides 20-25gms of protein/per scoop, 4 scoops a day along with Dymatise Iso 100 is okay?
