HGH preworkout?

It has been a year I ve been on pharm grade HGH app @3 IU (genotropin quick pens). meanwhile I had a 3 month cutting cycle and now I could reach somewhere around 8% BF.
My question is about the dosing timing. At that time, upon my search I have decided to divide the doses in half- 1 in early morning and 1 Postworkout immediately. No slin. the meals afterwards are 1 hour post each injection.
Soon I will start a bulking cycle app 2gr/week AAS for 16 weeks. Now I make the search, some people suggest not postworkout but preworkout. (by the way, I drink preworkout supplement and some simple carbs, it boosts me)
Im confused all this blood sugar levels, post workout preworkout. any solid inputs on what to do?
 
It's not my area of expertise and I think HGH can and does exert a LITTLE influence on sugar levels BUT does it act that quickly and in a very short term so that you'd notice it pre-workout?? Anyone?
they dont suggest it as a short term effect but how its processed by the liver and IGF-1 comes into play as a result of HGH release. It makes sense but everyone suggests it on empty stomach, whereas preworkout I'm not lowest in blood sugar.

actually when we are NOT LOW in blood sugar levels, does HGH get blunted? So it does not work. ıs that the thing of meals an hour apart post injection, or 2 hours apart preinjection. I think maybe this is the thnig to be focused

you are confused for good reason. there are a lot of opinions on it

the most cookie cutter way to use HGH is upon waking before breakfast.

other guys like dave palumbo say it doesn't matter when you use it

this is one where i tend to agree with palumbo for once, and i think the confusion comes from the fact that most gh out there is phony, so guys run it a certain way and get nothing out of it and then think that way was wrong.
 
today ı had the chance to talk to a reputable endrocrinologist. told about my case and my issue. asked questions about why HGH is suggested when blood sugar levels are low, IGF-1 production due to GH and etc.
long story short, for acceptable ranges of 2-3 IU's, first thing in morning is preferred. no need to divide that dosage into 2, one being postworkout.
 
human growth hormone stimulates gluconeogenesis, especially in the liver, resulting in a net increase in hepatic glucose output.

I.e. your blood sugar levels will increase right after your HGH dosage.

You would NOT want to take HGH pre-workout as you would run the risk of going hypoglycaemic during your workout. Take it post workout instead

I agree. by the way, do you think post workout exogenous GH administration may hinder the endogenous GH production related with high intensity training. (maybe not that as much as exogen but still an extra body's own production)

you dont want it immediately post workout bc it messes with your insulincproduction or can bc of how igf1and slin work pw you want as much slin as possible
