If I am looking for a dry look would it be smart to cut out creatine when on AAS?
Bumping this thread: the ancient strength creatine from N2BM says a serving is 3 tabs (5g total) and it shouldn't exceed 12 week continued use. Is this accurate? I thought creatine can and should be taken daily...

Creatine will not cause water retention. There is no need to cut out the creatine.
Creatine bloat is mostly due to people:
1. Using way too much creatine
2. Not drinking enough water.
If you are using a sensible dosage (5-10g per day) and drinking enough water throughout the day, you shouldn't experience any bloat or water retention.
no it does not at all but it can be of benefitI was always under the impression that creatine can and should always be ran - just wanted to be sure!! I will try the N2BM ancient strength creatine - it seems to be well reviewed and i like that it comes in a tab
Thx

Is creatine good all year long when trying to cut or in gainint strength are there any downfalls of not using creatine at all times or is it just the little extra boost our body needs
