Creatine with AAS

Creatine will not cause water retention. There is no need to cut out the creatine.

Creatine bloat is mostly due to people:
1. Using way too much creatine
2. Not drinking enough water.

If you are using a sensible dosage (5-10g per day) and drinking enough water throughout the day, you shouldn't experience any bloat or water retention.
 
Ya man. Most steroids increase creatine synthesis so it actually compliments whatever your taking. I believe Anavar is supposed to increase creatine synthesis the most. You could also take SAM-e as the extra ATP you’ll have will really work well for those last reps. Without getting into it your muscles use ATP as their energy. Every cell in your body uses ATP on in the mitochondria. ATP is generated through glucose and through creatine. The first few reps where you’re the strongest you’re using your glycogen stores to generate the ATP. After the sugar runs low the creatine pathway is activated and you keep going for the rest of your set. When you can no longer lift another rep it is because you are out of ATP. There’s a lot more to it then that, but that’s the quick and dirty. You take a rest and your ATP reserves replenish. Plus Sam-e is very good for your liver. Gotta take it with a B complex as well. Sorry, tend to ramble.

Bumping this thread: the ancient strength creatine from N2BM says a serving is 3 tabs (5g total) and it shouldn't exceed 12 week continued use. Is this accurate? I thought creatine can and should be taken daily...

It's probably for legal reasons.

Regarding being on and off creatine. Logically it's silly being off:
1) It's always present in our bodies. The typical Joe has 120g in his muscle tissue
2) It's present, in varying amounts, in our normal diet.
3) If you have a high protein diet you'll get a fair dose anyway. Easily 3g a day.
4) I tend not to change too much diet wise. Up the amounts for bulk, less for leaning out. But especially with my daily supps.

Throw in one more stupid thing you can even see pros do: scooping supp powders into their mouths and sipping water to swallow it. Using creatine, standard dose 5g, and taking a sip is moronic. First most powders need a LOT more than a sip of water. Secondly, half of them stick to your teeth etc. Is life so busy it can't be added to a drink?
 
I was always under the impression that creatine can and should always be ran - just wanted to be sure!! I will try the N2BM ancient strength creatine - it seems to be well reviewed and i like that it comes in a tab

Is creatine good all year long when trying to cut or in gainint strength are there any downfalls of not using creatine at all times or is it just the little extra boost our body needs

you are getting creatine everytime you eat any sort of meat source already

so yeah you can take it all year
 
It is so cheap it is worth running year round.

I agree. People pay hundreds of dollars on these fancy pre-workout NO boosting type drinks that have next to no science backing them.

Creatine costs around 20 bucks a month and it has hundreds of human clinical studies backing it's safety and effectiveness
