Looking for guidance on first cycle

My goal is to cut fat and put on lean muscle; I’m 24yo, 200lbs, 6”0, probably around 18-20%bf
I’m struggling lossinging fat and I’m wondering what stack I should run, all the help would be appreciated
 
Brother on this much bf% u will not see any results if you run AAS ...Better to cut down bf to 12-13% then you are good to go....Better watch your diet and training
 
not only is your body fat too high right now but your too young as well... steroids are not fat burners bro and they are not going to magically put you into shape... you need to address your diet and training which obviously need help and chnaged if your having trouble losing weight...
 
In the same perspective I have a question:

Right now my bodyfat is 14 to 16% and I am trying to increase my body weight natrually and gradually to 71kg, right now at 67kg. If I eat 2350 calories a day to increase my weight gradually will it not increase my BF? If it will, then should I have to cut my BF again to start aas? And lowering down BF will not effect overbody weight?

Where will I be standing after 3 to 4 months of hard eating and gaining weight natrually, before starting my first proper cycle.

*MyFitnessPal suggested 2350 carloeis a day coming out from carbs: 296 protein: 119 fats: 79 grams.

Is there a misconception or am I mistaken.

when a person recomps, they attempt to gain size without putting on body fat... you may be able to add that kind of size without gaining fat, especially eating very clean and training properly... lean muscle gains are clean and the more lean muscle you have , the more fat you lose... its HOW you gain the size.. now if you do it too fast etc then yes, you will likely gain fat in the process but its all about how its done...
 
i recommend focusing on losing your fat first. it is much easier to do that then trying to have 2 chefs in the kitchen

how do you lose fat? eat less and exercise more.

i would like to hear what your diet is like. eliminating a meal or two is going to help
 
Your body fat is way too high to focus on trying to put on muscle right now man. It would be counter productive. The higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen and the worse your muscle insulin sensitivity.

Get your body fat down to 10-12%, and then focus on trying to build muscle

Post up a typical daily diet for yourself and we will be happy to help!

Lower the fat some more first and wait another year or two
 
If you are struggling to lose fat why would you use steroids? Makes no sense. Steroids do not burn fat. They help add muscle. You need to just focus on learning how to diet properly. Start tracking calories to ensure you are in a deficit every day.
