In the same perspective I have a question:
Right now my bodyfat is 14 to 16% and I am trying to increase my body weight natrually and gradually to 71kg, right now at 67kg. If I eat 2350 calories a day to increase my weight gradually will it not increase my BF? If it will, then should I have to cut my BF again to start aas? And lowering down BF will not effect overbody weight?
Where will I be standing after 3 to 4 months of hard eating and gaining weight natrually, before starting my first proper cycle.
*MyFitnessPal suggested 2350 carloeis a day coming out from carbs: 296 protein: 119 fats: 79 grams.
Is there a misconception or am I mistaken.
