Need some newbie guidance.

Hi guys brand new to the forum and just want some advice from more experienced heads.

I can't bring myself to use steroids at the moment, find myself a little too scared of the potential side effects etc. I'm 27 at the moment and will probably come back to the idea of steroids later in life.

All I use at the moment is little supplements like a testosterone booster/maintainer and crap like that.

Im thinking of trying sarms, I feel like it's something I need to try for myself before I even consider anything more potent, and I'm just hoping some guys on here will be able to answer a couple of questions I have below.

Which sarms are best to use together for maintaining and cutting?

And how long do you cycle them for on and off?

because I see conflicting things and it's tough to take it all in. Hopefully I can be pushed in the right direction, thanks.
 
You came to the right place man. I was in your boat almost two years ago. SARMS is definitely the place where I would start (it’s also where I started). I’ll let the vets give you advice on a good cycle but if sides is what’s keeping you back ; sarms is perfect man.

I did a cycle and lost about 26 pounds of fat and gained about 8 lbs of muscle during my first cycle.

It was amazing.

Yeah I've been looking for something a bit more than what I'm using for a while now, and although skeptical about sarms...... I just have to try it myself.

Sounds promising, although id be happy with just the fat loss support at the moment tbh if I can maintain my current muscle, losing too much muscle at the same time is what always stops me cutting.
 
I'm 27, 5'10 and about 95 kilos. My body fat is about 20% last time I checked. because I pretty much just bulk and bulk and bulk. And now I want to really cut my carbs down without losing loads of muscle. Obviously it will be a long cut for me so that's why I'm so concerned.

I'm leaning towards using some LGD with OSTARINE at the moment, but this could be completely wrong. So that's why I've come here to seek advice.

I'm aware, but I'm nowhere near as fat as you maybe think I am.

I work my legs and my upper body and have plenty of power. And i can run 10k in under an hour so I'm not in terrible shape, I've just never been able to lose the flab. Was very chubby as a child and it has stuck with me in some form.

But I'm pushing 30 now so it's time to sort it out.

You said you were 20%. That's 40+ lbs. I suggested dropping 10. You'll live.

The best SARM for fat loss is cardarine -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

I would add cardarine into your stack. LGD + ostarine + cardarine would be an awesome stack.
