Why do they have such a bad rep?

Getting smashed every weekend without fail has got to be worse than say 12 weeks cycles?

I feel like steroids have such a bad rep.

because kids take them and mess themselves up with abscesses and end up going to the ER with cellulitis because they have no clue on what they are doing or brewing/buying bath tub gear, and assholes taking gear and letting it get to their heads.. I met many guys who all the sudden thought they were 10 ft tall and bullet proof, but couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag... EGO's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a lot of controlled drugs out there but I don't see anyone sucking dick for dbol, or giving handjobs for testosterone...

steroids are most dangerous due to the affects they have on the reproductive system. if you use them at a young age especially you can really cause a lot of long term damage to your HPTA.

Because people's IQ is too low. People even dont know what are anabolic steroids. People think anabolic steroids are magic pills, but people cant understnd anabolic steroids only increase protein synthesis. And in some cases, they will make you infertile, which is not a big problem. Yes, it problem, but its not big problem. People are very stupid. If media tells "go jump from the roof", people will do it. If media tells "put your head in the washing machine, and turn the washich machine on", people will do it. Anabolic steroids have bad name for no reason, its fact. Anabolic steroids are just meds. If you are fully aware what damage anabolic steroids will put on your body and you are are ok with this, then you can use them. But its very stupid to think steroids are perfect, they are magic and everything will be perfect... Steroids can kill you. So, firstly people have to be educated about anabolic steroids, and if people are ok with the risks, then they can use steroids. This is my way of thinking. Everyone have head on the arms, and can get the right decision about him/her.

well one of the main reasons is wreckless and idiotic use... that being guys way too young, people fucking abusing them, giving shit advice and hurting others etc.. yes, of course they have side effects regardless but the main problems stem from this fucking absurdity of using everything under the same, running crazy and ridiculous doses, people never coming off etc... young guys getting hurt and then parents lashing out when in actuality its their kids' fault to begin with ... shit like that

Using steroids nowadays become fashionable. Kids to teenager adapt their life in using steroids but they forget bodybuilders who use steroids are not from now. They were used since past years and their body is adaptable of pros and cons related to it.

And he had a genetic predisposition for brain tumors, and the usage of growth hormone that was secreted from livestock didn't help him any much... It wasn't the gear that killed him, it was his genetics and that is what the media fails to capitalize on..
