unfortunately none of us our psychic but even if you gain 15 lbs on it, how much is actually worth a shit? who really cares about water weight? so what if you gain 15 lbs quickly, and half is water? what did you accomplish then? elevating estrogen and blood pressure?
if you hopped on dbol as a skinny guy with no AI and ate everything in sight you would easily gain 15 pounds. but 14.9 of those pounds would be water and fat.
not the right way to approach this. you should set a goal to gain 10 pounds in 5 years, not 5 weeks
You could gain that on a cycle or 2 but it would be absolute shit weight. You should really look to gain a couple pounds of muscle in a year. That is much more realistic.
