Sarms stack question.

Hey fellas, just got back from 3 weeks of vacation & about 6Lbs of aftermath :D I'm planning on starting a 90 day work out this Sunday, Sept 30. I'm 38 & 160.x lbs, looking to shed some fat, don't care too much for numbers on the scale but from previously experience I'd say anything less than 154lbs is good. Would be nice to put on some muscle as well, that's where I need your help with the sarms.

I do fasted cardio in the morning, then weight training. Another 30 to 45 minutes of cardio in the PM. 6 days a week. Day 7 I weight train if possible but always do at least 1 cardio session.

I have already ordered 12 weeks worth of GW, 8 weeks of MK-2866 and 4 weeks of SR. Would you guys suggested either :

A. Month 1 : GW + MK + SR -> Month 2 : GW + MK -> Month 3 : GW + Tamo.

or

B. Month 1 : GW + MK -> Month 2 : GW + SR -> Month 3 GW + MK.

Just wondering if splitting MK a month apart to keep suppression to minimum is worth it or just do 8 weeks in a row and take Tamo? I had mild gyno few years back so I'm a bit nervous, also why I chose MK over LGD. Thanks in advance.
 
Shorter version : Continuous 8 weeks of Osta with 4 weeks of SR or alternate 4 weeks between mk, sr, then mk again? Stacked GW for the entire 12 weeks.

What's a 90 day workout?
 
So as mobster alluded to it needs to be more than 90 days its a lifestyle.

Second you would want to run all of the sarms for 12-16 weeks for max results then a mini 4 week pct with Clomid at 25mg/day and a natural test booster like N2Generate
 
I’m hoping the guy meant he was staying a “different” 90 day program. That would not be unusual as we all switch up our training routines. Well, at least we all should be.

Let me clarify, I usually bulk during winter but want to skip it this time. I have a trip coming up beginning of next year so I thought I'd just train and not try to bulk or cut (at least diet wise). So basically no major changes to diet, just eat clean at maintenance calories, no surplus or deficit.

I have only used CW once before and other than that, no PEDs or gear ever. Somewhere around 14-15% bodyfat right now. 12 weeks of GW should help me cut the fat down and I don't think 6LBs over 3 months is a lot to drop. Is that a realistic plan?


Btw, the main question was GW+Osta+SR or GW+Osta, then GW+SR alternatively?

What's a 90 day workout?

Day 1 - Chest & Tris.
Day 2 - Back & Biceps.
Day 3 - Shoulders & legs. (I skip certain shoulder & leg exercises due to previous injuries so I'm able to train these same day)
Day 4 - rest

This repeats for the entire 3 months.
 
you don't need to use tamox after a sarms stack like this

just use hcgenerate

i like your split routine EXCEPT there is too much shoulder volume.

i would encourage you to focus on JUST LEGS on leg day.. you are working shoulders on your other 2 split days already. you don't want to blow out rotator cuff

Agree 100%...day 3 legs, off day, then delts

After the 12 week SARM cycle run a good natural testosterone booster like n2generate ES from needtobuildmuscle.com as a mini PCT
 
Yep. You can run test booster anytime for most part.

Shouldn't a test booster should be at the end of the cycle?

Bro you can run the test booster on cycle too...
Be sure to get some Clomid for pct...standard 20/20/20/20 is fine

I think by spacing Osta out a month apart, I won't even need PCT. Only reason I got Tamo was bc I was worried about running MK for 8 weeks straight, which I won't be doing anymore. It was more of a precaution against gyno. Thanks for your input though.

I would go with Trevor protocol. I notice when I took took mk677 for more then 4 weeks got headaches.

SR9009 is better at 10mg x2 a day or 20mg 1x a day?

I split the dose last time I tried it, don't think it was very effective. When I start it again next month, I'm going to follow Steve's suggestion and take a single dose (in the morning) before working out.

Yup, going to go that route. Btw, this is for Mk2866 (Ostarine) not mk677.

So the half-life of SR9009 is really short which is why you are supposed to split it up into multiple doses.

You could dose once but its better multiple times.

Yes, I read that as well and was doing 3 doses 4 hours apart. Towards the end I consolidated to just 2 doses, 1 before training in the morning and 2nd in the evening before cardio & felt like I was sweating a lot more. However, Stevesmi mentioned that it's better to take 1 dose before exercise. So I'm going to give it a shot and see how it goes.

Yea by all means. I mean I have split doses cardarine when ive done 2 a day workouts. 10mgs before each.

Its really up to you. I think that spreading it out you get the fat burning effects for longer but dosing just before exercise may work better?
