Hey fellas, just got back from 3 weeks of vacation & about 6Lbs of aftermath
I'm planning on starting a 90 day work out this Sunday, Sept 30. I'm 38 & 160.x lbs, looking to shed some fat, don't care too much for numbers on the scale but from previously experience I'd say anything less than 154lbs is good. Would be nice to put on some muscle as well, that's where I need your help with the sarms.
I do fasted cardio in the morning, then weight training. Another 30 to 45 minutes of cardio in the PM. 6 days a week. Day 7 I weight train if possible but always do at least 1 cardio session.
I have already ordered 12 weeks worth of GW, 8 weeks of MK-2866 and 4 weeks of SR. Would you guys suggested either :
A. Month 1 : GW + MK + SR -> Month 2 : GW + MK -> Month 3 : GW + Tamo.
or
B. Month 1 : GW + MK -> Month 2 : GW + SR -> Month 3 GW + MK.
Just wondering if splitting MK a month apart to keep suppression to minimum is worth it or just do 8 weeks in a row and take Tamo? I had mild gyno few years back so I'm a bit nervous, also why I chose MK over LGD. Thanks in advance.
