Hi everyone, I've been lurking these forums for a while now and been doing a bit of research. I've finally decided what I want to do and I just need an A-OK from someone so I know I'm on the right track.
I'm 6 foot tall, male, and 120lbs (very skinny).
I ordered 100x 10mg anavar tablets from a reputable source.
I was thinking for my first cycle ever, I take 10mg twice a day for 50 days, up my caloric intake to 3500 calories/day. As well take protien and creatine on the side.
Am I on the right track? I've read that some people take 80-100mg/day but I'm assuming those people are super buff already and need it for gainz, while me on the other hand, all skin and bones.
So 20mg/day. 3500 calories, protein/creatine supplements - and 90 minutes of the gym 6 days a week, will I be good?
