Taking SARMs in pill form

Hi

I’ve been told to mix the pills in water and divide the liquid up for dosing.

Questions

1) can I mix the Cardarine and Ostarine together?

2) the other half of the water do I keep it in room temperature or the fridge

3) should I mix separate water batches for the two

Just take the pills with water , there is no need to mix them in the water first.

No need t dilute unless for some reason you got capsules that are a huge dose over the norm but not sure where you would get that?

The guys from Sarms1 said if you’re looking to consume 10mg mix a 20mg pill of with water and shake it. Only consume half. Allows for a more accurate dose.

I’m wondering if I could mix Ostarine and Cardarine in the same water and consume at the same time.

Currently in the middle of a transaction with sarms1 to get lgd and gw, I know Hollywood on here has some as well and is supposed to start his cycle soon

you can't bite capsules in half, these aren't tablets

Ive used Sarms1 many times always had fantastic results.

I have a thread with my before/after pics from a 12 week Cardarine, Osta, and LGD cycle. Results were fantastic.

I'd get a mg scale and 're weigh em...then eat half the powder I guess lol...prob tastes like asshole tho...

1. Yes you can take cardarine and ostarine together
2. Do not mix the pills in water. Take them the same way you would take normal pills
3. cardarine and ostarine have 24 hour half lives so a once per day dosage is all that is required

So I’ve been taking 10mg of Cardarine and 12.5mg of Ostarine for over a week now. I’ve been starting to have sleeping issues and almost showing signs of anxiety.

Anyone experience this?

Everyone will want to know where you ordered your SARMS from?
I have no experience with Ostarine so can't really comment but I've had nothing like you described from taking Cardarine.

Of course you can. They're not made of steel. Or you could pull them apart and swallow the powder from one half and so on. Like I said, it's a few mg either way.
