I don't know of any source that includes South Korea in its "no reship" policy. So, if that is any indication, then shipping to South Korea is safer than shipping to several other countries.

It's 50/50. But it depends if you are on the blacklist or not. If you are on the blacklist, you will never receive any package. It is better to order small orders, such type of packages have more success rate to pass the customs.
And yes, as Eddies, written, almost every source has included South Korea in the no reship policy.

I have no idea. Contact your source and see what they say. They will tell you straight up whether it's a no go or not.

I don't know anything about south korea but I can't imagine it would be too hard to get gear there locally
