Approved Log First Log - Test E, Primo, Anavar, Winstrol and Clen - 12 week cutting cycle

When I wake up so usually 8/9am in the morning, gym by 11am then home for lunch / shower and head to work.
Thats fine AM, it could impact sleep if taken too late fyi @CypherOCE
 
Chest:

Dumbell chest press
3 sets - 25kg
10 reps

3 x Incline dumbell chest press

3 sets @ 25kg
10 reps

3 x Machine pec flys (high to low)

1 warm up x 43kg
3 sets x 50kg

Triceps:

3 x rope pull downs
3 sets @ 32kg

3 x straight bar push downs
3sets @ 46kg

3 sets x overhead extensions
3 x 40kg

Calves:

3 x seated calf raises @ 50kg
Reps: until failure

3 x standing calf raises @ 70kg
Reps: until failure

Cardio after workout for 25 mins

Big day yesterday with gym, cardio and work upped the calorie intake because I've been super super hungry and snacking on crap I shouldn't.

Feeling much better this morning sleep wise still not perfect but a slight improvement is better than nothing at all 😂 I've stopped the screen time when I get home so I'm hoping this will help over the coming days and weeks

Just a tad over 7 hours last night 😅 off day today because I have a meeting in the city before work starts

4k burn and cals for the day at 2350 so still in the negative but wasn't as hungry as I have been the last few nights

Hit back and biceps today before work - fantastic session, really enjoyed and got a great pump, especially in my last and arms.

Still using @Sydneycitysupplements Test E in GSO along with his tren ace. These have been a game changer and I now have his BPC157 and TB500 to use to get some little niggles feeling better again.

Hoping it might also help with the issues with my arms and tendons but ill keep everyone updated on the progress!

Lat pull downs
1 warm up up 30kg.

4 working set, 1 @ 50, 1 @ 55, 1 @ 60 and final one @ 68kg.

10 reps - slow and control so I can focus more on contracting the lats instead of just moving the weight. Super beneficial I'm noticing the last doing more of the work which is great.

Single arm pulldowns

Much of the same as above with a focus on slow movement pausing at the bottom to really get the lats engaged.

3 sets @ 35kg each arm.

Seated rows
3 x 50kg x 10 reps
2 x 68kg x 10 reps

This got my back super pumped!

Biceps:

Bicep cable curls

I can push some more, for sure!

Hammers probably 12-15 I just go until I get to half reps and do as many as I can of those then stop take a break and start again

Also, just using the Fitbit watch to track

single arm pull Downs work really good
I like how you're doing the slow movement and pausing
I find that they’re working really well - super happy with the way the body responded to them
doing the slow movement approach
drop sets really go a long way I think they've always worked for me
Slow movement and the drop sets seems to be what my body responds best with. Not so much the weight being moved but more so pause and longer negatives

Food prep and shoulders yesterday both went well!

Shoulders was cut a little short as my wife wasn't feeling the best but squeezed in the majority of what I wanted to do regardless

@CypherOCE 91 grams of protein for the 5 servings or PER serving? what are we talking about here in terms of macros
i would add some chicken breast in there to boost protein either way

Yeah, sleep the last two days has been under performing. Not entirely sure why either.

No phone before bed and I've been getting home and basically going straight to bed and only getting up for the toilet once some nights not at all so its very odd because it was in the 80s last week lol.

Friend also cycles 👍🏼 he's a good guy and is on here too.

Hit shoulders today after a relatively relaxed weekend due to the exessive heat - sleep was ehhh probably due to the heat and tren 😂 but otherwise things are going well.


Training: Shoulders, Traps & Abs

3 x dumbells shoulder press @ 22.5kg
12 reps

Weight went down but squeezed out the sets without a spotter so this is a good sign in my eyes.

3 x side lateral raise with dumbells - 12.5kg

First set: 10
Second set: 10
Third set: 11

3 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 @ 64kg

First set: 15
Second set: 15
Third set: 11 (dropped weight to 50 and pushed out another 10)

3 x reverse flys on the peak deck machine
3 sets until failure each time

3 x shrugs - 60kg on the barbell
Rep range: 10 or more until my grip fails

First set: 14
Second set: 15
Third set: 10

Abs:

2 x ab crunch machine @ 64kg
2 x 42kg
2 x 20kg
 
Also did legs Friday afternoon (got bored at home as work got canned early due to the heat) didn't upload anything though! My bad 😂 was a great session though

Been getting some pain in my glutes so skipped squats but hit everything else.

Also started rotating injection sites so at the moment I have both shoulders and lats and I'm thinking I'll add either triceps or biceps in so I can give the glutes a break and rotate them back in towards Christmas ish

I went from Brisbane commercial when the CFMEU wasn't really present to the mines and then moved to VIC where they are bloody everywhere haha

Swapped to management tho because I got wrecked in a bike accident but everyone is always so scared of them 😂 they're just normal guys doing a prick of a job

Usual intake sitting just over 260 most days so I don't usually change it up

Do you think I should? I can try and push for 300 I guess 🤔
You should push to 300 grams of protein on big body part days like legs, especially you always hit it hard bro :D

Also, no gym today since I got bloods taken, more of a chill day around the house before work this afternoon.

the values concerning me are the estrogenic ones

I don't have any bad sides at all, literally zero. I feel phenomenal. I think its just being skewed from the tren ace

It could be skewed but it could be seriously high estrogen levels. And no sides doesnt mean internally you have no organ damage or brain chemical issues man
thats the issue here, I would say 'skewed' is 20% but not this high

Bloods are in!

They must have a shit pathology testing machine because I don't have the actual figures just “higher than testing range” which is annoying but at least you know the gear is G2G.

Your body seems to not like something.
Neutrophils and white blood cell count are high. There will be some fatigue somewhere your body is working hard to dispel whatever it doesn’t like. Whether that’s an infection, certain bacteria ect, general protien is high as well, what’s your Cystatin C ? LFTs are reflecting training and anabolic use but nothing alarming.
 
Imo you do have high estrogen , but it is thrown off some by tren for sure
I was expecting to be much higher and I've got no sides like last cycle I had ultra sensitive nipples.

This time around not a problem they're fine not lactating either they don't feel gyno esque either and all my joints feel pretty normal bare my wrists but that comes with the lifting and motorbike accident, that's my trade off but I've been using BPC157 and TB500 together to help mitigate this issue or at least reduce the pain that comes from it.

Other than that, I truly feel wonderful I know cholesterol etc is high but that's somewhat to be expected so I'm not overly concerned ill be off cycle completely come January/Feb until at least June/July enough time for a proper reset and to enjoy a euro holiday with the wife
