Agreed and whats your weight?
took these literally just then in the bathroom at work.

weight sitting around 90-91kg. height is 6’1 haven’t weighed myself fasted for close to a week. last time was 91.5ish

So 10% will be roughly another 6kg of fat to lose, that's hard yakka your bodys going to fight back hard. Just so you know what your up against it will take time and a lot of the time you'll see no progress then woosh the body caves in and let's it drop.
i’m willing to do it and put the effort in. just need help to get there as i don’t know much abt what im doing to get down to that bf.

would taking something help with it? test?

i’m scared because i was a fat kid growing up my body won’t let me get lean nor keep me lean like i want to be most of the year.

all i want is to be lean and have defined abs. i don’t care how much cardio i have to do or what i have to eat. i want to be able to have visible separated abs. i dont care if i have to be on a cycle.

are my goals attainable and achievable for my body type? what should i do to get there? do i keep sticking with this deficit? do i swap to keto? do i hop on cycle? do i pay for coaching?

what should i do.

i want the lean ness of the guy in the photo and to maintain that as much of the year as i can.

ami just stressing? or do i have no hope of attaining that and maintaining it for long

Yes you can achieve the body you desire 100%

Trial and error, sometimes things work sometimes they don't if your committed then you will achieve your goal

On a side note, none of it matters bro you have your whole life in front of you , goals and dreams change, we change, the only thing that stays constant is our happiness. You have to live in the present.

estrogen, prolactin, shbg t3 t4, tsh, lh/fsh the basics +test
 
So question you were asking is, should you take testosterone because you want to lose more BF%

Cons:
1. Your age, your young, its something to do with brain not being fully developed.
2. Fucking around with hormones is never good. In your case your total test is in a good range, for you to feel the exogenous testosterone your going to need a fairly big dose as a small dose or trt dose will just replace what you akready have. You wont feel it due to your already high level.
3. AIs, due to the high test dose you most definitely will aromatise a lot into estrogen this means you'll need to take an AI. AI are bad bad for health. You will need multiple liver health compounds.
4. Pct, this is a roller-coaster ride, you will have to come off testosterone after 10-12 weeks and then you'll need to restart your balls which most likely have shrunk and are definitely not producing testosterone any more.
5. Testosterone is not the best tool to burn body fat

Pros
1. It feels great at high dosage (with the caveat of eostradial being in range otherwise you'll have all sorts of problems)
2. You will burn a little fat
3. Strength goes up and muscle size so long as you eat enough

i have a sport modelling shoot on the 3rd of may.

how can i now optimise my diet and training to lean down as much as possible before then?

how can i make my cut more aggressive?

can you provide me the exact number of cals i should decrease and macros and how much cardio i should be doing

also i’m going camping from saturday this week - monday next week and i wont be able to train or diet properly. if necessary ill bring an esky with meal prepped food in containers.

If I'm in your shoes, ld do a 36hr water fast. Eat dinner tonight then don't eat tomorrow and your first meal will be Saturday breakfast. You can do this 3 times before the 3rd

as i said aswell i have a camping trip sat-monday so i doubt ill even be eating in a surplus as we will be busy hiking during the day and most likely only eating breakfast and dinner with maybe a few nut bars or something

i’ll still write down what i eat and if i have to do laps around the camp ground for cardio i will

haven’t had a rest day this week yet though but my body isn’t demanding it
I'd ask lev and np on that one, I've never done gym on a fast. Done lots of cardio, but I was running ultras at the time and doing 120km + a week, you really want to stay in zone 2 and below. I believe its when you go above zone 2 the body starts eating muscle instead of fat
 
obviously originally i would’ve been drinking while camping. do i cut myself off of the alcohol until my shoot is done, or is limiting myself to one or two on the saturday and or sunday fine?

i rarely drink and have no problem cutting it off since im prepping for shoot.

i could get tequila or vodka for the trip if i was going to have one or two

@lukeobz80 cut your carbs to 50 grams per day, just have about 150 grams of protein and 100 grams of fat, lower sodium and start doing a lot of cardio, this is the best way to get there.

so i’ll cut my carbs to 50, protein to 150ish and fats to 100.

what should i be increasing my cardio to? 45-60mins or bike/incline walk?

also lev what do you think of the 36hr fast tomorrow? i’m keen to try it, but if i do should i just skip the gym and walk the dog for an hour ?

Increase incline walk to 60min.
Yes go with 36 hour fast to try but you need to get electrolytes in, I would still go to the gym as 36 hours not a lot. @lukeobz80

#1 advice I can give you bro is fasting and more fasting!

should i be having creatine? or drop it because of the water retention
you wont get water retention while fasting bro not likely you can keep creatine for now to maintain muscle fullness
 
i have a pair of superblasts 2 right now and i’m loving them even though i run only as a workout a few times a week.

definitely am interested in doing a marathon one day, maybe even an ironman

going good, not too hungry at all tbh. just feeling drained. breaking fast 10am tmrw. what should i break it with? i’ll probably be just about to leave for camping or on the way.

Nice nice, remember keep the cardio low and slow, by tonight autophagy will kick in, your brain will start eating the shit cells and mental clarity and energy will increase. You can break the fast with whatever just a small meal to begin with. It's the longer ones that need planing

okay if i’m still home i’ll probably just have some yoghurt and fruit and some tuna aswell.

if im out i’ll have to find something on the way and make do.

doing 30mins bike for cardio and i’ll do 30mins at 15% incline probably 3.5-4kmoh speed.
 
yeah only about 19hrs in atm. i can just pack some food for tomorrow morning to eat on the drive which will be 36hrs if i break at 10am tomorrow (it’s 5:29pm in australia aest right now)
i know for one night on camping we have chicken snittys cooked on a bbq. will try to keep carbs low throughout the trip. if we have signal i’ll track the cals to the best of my ability. if not then i’ll just watch my food intake and get back to 1800 cals on monday/tuesday
get off the fast bro and come back on it when you back from camping
 
when i break fast tomorrow, should i try and stick to 1800 calories? or because its a fast would i eat a little more of something e.g carbs?

will be buying some snacks before we head off camping so just want to know whether i grab low carb bars or just usual bars etc
Id stick to the 1800, considering how soon your shoot is. If it was farther away it would of been better
