currently mid 30s been training naturally since 19 enhanced since 25 used many compounds and have had a lot of success with PEDs in the past

starting weight was 121kg

always kept a decent physique up until a few years ago when life happened long story short stopped training and looking after myself got fat got gyno drank alot.

recovery seems fine I'm not sore my sleep is not the best I'm exhausted after work usually fall asleep early and find it hard get a full night sleep without meds this is why i split my reta dose as i heard it effects sleep for some.

i am aware this is an aggressive cut and I'm trying to address my sleep issues without meds as i believe my progesterone is the culprit of which i know nothing about so hoping some of the brothers can help me out?

Hoping for some guidance.

I’ve done a few cycles in the past always do bloods and never had any real issues until now on this cut

I’m Currently on 750mcg test e and 300mcg mast p per week.

Arimadex 1mg EOD

8 weeks in and I have no sex drive aside from that I feel great aside from maybe a little tired.

From what I can see my E2 is a little high and my progesterone is really high I assume this is what’s killing my libido?

Any one have any suggestions on what the cause could be and any possible solution?

I was thinking increasing the arimadex?

Any help would be appreciated.

ADD: proviron 50mgs ed to see if this helps
ADD: 5mgs ed of tadalafil (cialis)

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@Lildee88 you need to wean off those meds to sleep. they are obviously causing a ripple effect. proper sleep is a huge problem for many but there are things you can do to improve.

@Lildee88 There could be a lot of different things, affecting your sleep, and your libido. It's easy to blame hormones, but a lot of times it's other factors.

moving forward as suggested i will be dropping.

test E to 500mgs total per week pinned monday and thursday
masteron propionate to 200mgs total pinned monday and Thursday
retatrutide 4mgs total but pin 2 shots per week
arimidex dropped 0.5mgs eod
ive ordered Cialis and Proviron as well

slept pretty good got 6 hours un broken no meds im trying hard to improve my sleep without using any medications. based off of the comments I think this is most likely letting me down the most.

Today went like this

woke up water salt and preworkout.

trained Pull kind of random session working on putting together some better workouts that ill follow and log moving forward hopefully ensure more consistency

@Lildee88 Too many times, we want to blame this or that hormone for things, a lot of times, it has nothing to do with that. Sometimes our brains are just wired a certain way, and we have to work on it.

usually Push Pull Legs but have a torn meniscus atm so currently Push Pull Arms repeat with 30-45 mins LISS Stairmaster per week

i rest one day a week.

Recovery and Sleep

recovery seems fine I'm not sore my sleep is not the best I'm exhausted after work usually fall asleep early and find it hard get a full night sleep without meds this is why i split my reta dose as i heard it effects sleep for some.

the problem I'm having now is my sex drive has disappeared and i want it back asap. its normally amazing when i run test and mast

i am aware this is an aggressive cut and I'm trying to address my sleep issues without meds as i believe my progesterone is the culprit of which i know nothing about so hoping some of the brothers can help me out?

thanks for the advice so far its greatly appreciated.

moving forward as suggested i will be dropping.

test E to 500mgs total per week pinned monday and thursday
masteron propionate to 200mgs total pinned monday and Thursday
retatrutide 4mgs total but pin 2 shots per week
arimidex dropped 0.5mgs eod
ive ordered Cialis and Proviron as well

slept pretty good got 6 hours un broken no meds im trying hard to improve my sleep without using any medications. based off of the comments I think this is most likely letting me down the most.

Today went like this

woke up water salt and preworkout.

trained Pull kind of random session working on putting together some better workouts that ill follow and log moving forward hopefully ensure more consistency

Post workout Stairmaster for 30 mins approx. 55spm (I do this 2 - 3times a week for 30-45 mins)

Sleep is still average not something new to me I’ve struggled with it for Sleep years. Defiantly a priority for me to improve.

overtraining,under resting, undereating was mentioned a couple times too so I’m taking that on board also and reducing from 6 sessions a week to 3 (push,pull,arm) and 3 cardio sessions for a little bit see if it helps

Today’s push session felt good getting stronger each week will be interesting to see how much if at all it drops off with the dose adjustments

@Lildee88 I see your random bloods but do you have more testosterone bloods? and e2 with prolactin?

Training seems good but would like to see more meal prep as you go.

That’s a great question what’s the best way to measure it ? I was just going to use calipers and skins folds but not sure how I’d calculate that to a % at a guess I think I’m 15 ish now
You can do calipers to start off or dexa scan. @Lildee88
