I’m 35 and bodybuilding is a hobby of mine. I started taking training seriously around 2017. It started after deciding I wasn’t happy with how skinny and weak I had become after having my colon removed in 2011. I was 145lbs in 2017 and bulked up to 160ish lbs naturally. I started using ostarine in 2020 after researching its benefits on the joints. I have a lot of joint pain from having juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was a child (age 11 to 16).
In 2021 I started my first test cycle of 250mg. I was still suffering from a lot of joint pain and discomfort to the extent that it limited a lot of exercises. I told to try Nandrolone to help with that. Winter of ‘21 I took my first test and deca cycle. My joints slowly felt better about 4 weeks in. Once I came off and dropped back to a TRT base, I felt like my elbows and knees were full of sand. Since then I have been running a maintenance dose of a 100mg of deca a week alongside every cycle and cruise that I do.

The last 4 months my training split has been a lot of volume and drop sets.
Legs Monday and Thursday
Chest Tuesday and Friday
Back Wednesday and Saturday (when my schedule would allow for Saturday workouts)
I will be starting a new training block this week and will update as I go.
Meals:
My food intake varies because I travel a lot for work and sometimes I eat on the road. A lot of times I will pack one lunch and eat another one while I’m out. Because I don’t have a colon, I find that getting in the calories and protein is the main thing for my progress. I try to get a decent amount of carbs before I workout to maintain energy otherwise I’m drained half way through. I have Galactosemia so I can’t have dairy or legumes. This limits my diet so I generally eat pretty clean.
