Bulk / cycle start date: 14/12/2024 @ 88.7kg

End date / health phase start: 26/06/2025 @100.1kg


Training split:

  • Push/Pull/Legs (3 on, 1 off)
  • Rest days 30 mins cardio (elliptical / stepper / bike), HR @120-140bpm
  • 12k steps daily


Diet:

  • started out 3200 calories (400C /230P / 70F)
  • Titrated up 200 calories every 2-3 weeks (increasing carbs mainly) until I hit 4500~ calories (wasn’t super strict with my tracking, but I generally eat the same thing day in and day/ day out and have a good handle on what I’m consuming).
  • No alcohol or recreational drugs besides weed / thc drops to help with sleep
  • 3.5L water daily - MINIMUM


Now onto the good stuff..

Goal: Bulk to 100kg, as clean and lean as possible.

Bulk / cycle start date: 14/12/2024 @ 88.7kg

End date / health phase start: 26/06/2025 @100.1kg


Training split:

  • Push/Pull/Legs (3 on, 1 off)
  • Rest days 30 mins cardio (elliptical / stepper / bike), HR @120-140bpm
  • 12k steps daily


Diet:

  • started out 3200 calories (400C /230P / 70F)
  • Titrated up 200 calories every 2-3 weeks (increasing carbs mainly) until I hit 4500~ calories (wasn’t super strict with my tracking, but I generally eat the same thing day in and day/ day out and have a good handle on what I’m consuming).
  • No alcohol or recreational drugs besides weed / thc drops to help with sleep
  • 3.5L water daily - MINIMUM


Now onto the good stuff..



Gear stack:

  • Test-E (started at 400mg/week, ended at 600mg/week)
  • Primo-E (280mg/week)
  • Mast-E (280mg/week)
  • NPP (140mg/week, was using Deca but switched in case I needed to pull it quickly due to unwanted sides.. luckily I haven’t had to)

  • HGH (started at 2iu daily and titrated up to 5iu)

  • L-carnitine (injectable - 500mg daily, pre-workout)

  • Anavar (25mg/day pre-workout, added in for the last 8 weeks)

  • Incline DB bench (55kg x 8 - 70kg x 8)
  • Bent over BB row (100kg x 8 - 120kg x 8)
  • Hack squat (120kg x 10 - 200kg x 10)

Machine Hip Adduction 2 sets (77kg x 10 / 63kg x 14)

Machine Seated Leg Curl 3 sets (99kg x 15 / 106kg x 11 / 110kg x 8)

Machine Lying Single Leg Curl 2 sets (32kg x 11 / 32kg x 10)

I have yet to be at a gym with anything more than 55kg dumbbells, can’t imagine what 70kg dumbbells look like 😂
Here’s some action shots, sleep was atrocious last night (trying to ween myself off weed / thc drops).. definitely impacted my heavy lifts as I could only get 5 decent reps of the 70’s for low incline DB bench

Plate loaded Lateral Raise Machine (2 sec hold at top of movement): 3 sets x 8x12 (45x15 / 55x11 / 60x10)

Low incline DB Press: 4 sets x 6-10 (70x5 / 60x9 / 50x11 / 45x12)

Smith Incline Press (3 sec negative, 2 sec pause at the bottom): 2 sets x 8-10 (91x10 / 91x9)

Smith JM Press (3 sec negative): 3 sets x 8-12 (70x12 / 80x10 / 80x9)

Cable Fly (3 sec negative): 2 sets x 10-15 (20x12 / 20x10)
