I have decided to start that log more for my own accountability than anything, but if my experience can help anyone, or any advices can be given to me, that'd be awesome!
About me:
50 yo this year, been training for 35 years, non stop.
Did 1 comp, the first Men's Physique comp in Australia with IFBB in 2013. Absolutely 100% natural. Experienced the strictest diet in my life and finally realised the flower of food my Physique... It just took me 20 years to realise... me here at 92kg for 186cm, 12 years ago. Told by a judge I was too lean for Physique, and too small for Bbuilding... lol, well, thanks.
Few weeks out I decided to try my first cycle and went for 12 weeks on Test (500mg) + Equ (350mg), stopped for 6 months then back again on Test (500mg) + Tren (300mg)...
I ended up gaining 10kg and topped at 105kg, good strength gains... I tested many different diets: Cyclic Keto for 12 months, intermittent fasting, high carbs, low carbs carnivore... And now I know my body need high meat, medium carbs, low fats to work at its best...
Losing my businesses during Covid (fitness industry), I got into some dark places and decided to try a proper TRT to get some drive back... Cruising with 145mg/week of Test 2 and 3mg Arimidex/week for 3 years: I would keep my Fat% under 12% year round, trained well, and felt good, weight sitting around 95kg ...
After 3 years off anything, I m now at 98kg with a 15% bf, and a drive not so driven... Strength is still here, but strength resistance has declined a but and my joints are killing me.
So this week I have started a new boost cycle with the following plan:
With gear sourced with @R&Dpharma :
Test E 200mg X 4 weeks
Test E 400mg + Equip 300mg X 10 weeks
Then
With gear sourced with @Liquid Gold Labs :
Test E 250mg + Primo 200mg X 12 weeks
Then repeat this once, and then go on 200mg Test E only for years.
Arimidex will be added according to blood work results.
Calories intake: TD 2900 calories
NTD: 2400 Calories
3 meals with 2 different meats, 2 snacks (protein powder, dairy).
