I started my first cycle on May 23rd, using testosterone enanthate and boldenone. Depending on the water retention in my muscles, I did 1 or 2 injections per week, but the injection schedule has been inconsistent.


Later on, I felt that my body fat was too high, so I switched to a cutting phase and started using 40mg of oxandrolone daily. With a strict diet, I lost about 5 kg in 15–16 days. During this period, my strength increased significantly, and my bloodwork came back clean.


Now, I'm thinking about doing the protocol more seriously and considering adding new compounds, but I'm feeling unsure — like I'm putting my hand under a big rock. I don’t want to use short esters, but I would like your advice on which compounds to add.


Even if I continue cutting, how should I adjust the dosages in my current cycle?

nice start to this man. i would focus on CUTTING down first. once you cut down then you can worry about a lean bulk after. you did good on your var cut so focus on that @BBurak

If I need to explain more clearly — it’s been around 8 weeks since I started, and I’ve only done 10 injections in total. Based on the volume I used, each injection equals around 280 mg testosterone and 215 mg boldenone.


When I first started the cycle, I was pinning every 6 days, so technically it looks like more than once a week.
I also added Oxandrolone (Var). The first week, I only took 20 mg daily, then increased to 30 mg, and then 40 mg for about 2 weeks. For the past 3–4 days, I dropped back to 30 mg/day, and I’m planning to stop it completely in 2 weeks.


After some thought, I decided to add 25 mg of Tren A per day and Clenbuterol to the protocol.


I’ve been doing this sport since around 2018. Like many others, I had ups and downs, took breaks, restarted, etc. I made all my progress naturally until recently.
When I first started, I weighed only 55 kg with 30 cm arms – I was basically a twig.
Now, for cardio, I do 50 minutes of stationary bike every morning and walk 15k steps per day.


I train 5 days a week with a mix of P/P/Leg and bro split style, and since I’ve been lifting for a long time, I’m familiar with most movements. I adjust my sessions depending on how I feel and how well I’m recovering that week.


For supplements, I take omega-3, vitamin D3, a multivitamin, milk thistle, and glucosamine for joint support.
If needed, I add 2 servings of prebiotic per day, and I use whey protein depending on my diet.


I follow carb cycling. For 3 days, I consume 0–10 grams of carbs per day (only what comes from whey, veggies, or peanut butter). On the 4th day, I eat 300 grams of rice and 2g protein per kg bodyweight. I don’t have a fixed fat intake — it depends on how much protein I eat, but I usually stay between 15–70g of fat daily.
On carb-up days, I also take 2 servings of bromelain.


My starting weight was 93.5 kg, and now I’m 88.2 kg — I’ve been following this setup for 16 days.


For protein sources, I use lean chicken breast, extra-lean ground beef, whole eggs, and whey protein.
As for fruit, I only eat 80–100g of mixed berries on my carb-up day. I also drink 5 liters of water daily and consume around 8 grams of salt per day.


That’s pretty much all I can share for now.

yes the testosterone could be testosterone i mean the other gear is usually swapped with zphc, you buy primobolan and its testosterone, you buy eq its testosterone lol and so on @BBurak

  • 400 mg Testosterone Enanthate
  • 400 mg Boldenone
  • 150 mg Trenbolone Acetate
  • 30 mg Oxandrolone (will continue for a few more days)
  • 50 mcg Clenbuterol
  • 12.5 mcg T3 (Tiromel)

I’ll be running Oxandrolone for another 6–7 days and then dropping it. I’ll continue with the rest. I’m using Clenbuterol and Tiromel in a pyramid dosing scheme, planning to stop both alongside Trenbolone after around 35–40 days.


Then, I’ll continue with just 400 mg Test + 400 mg Boldenone for a bit of a recomp (fat loss while maintaining/gaining muscle), followed by a transition to a cruise dose of 125 mg Testosterone.


I’ve been carb cycling for the past 23 days and training 5–6 days a week. I add a steady 40–50 minutes of cardio after every workout.


I also do fasted cardio for 50 minutes in the mornings after taking my stimulants. I try to reach 15,000 steps daily, walking outside when possible or finishing the remainder on my stationary bike at home.

@BBurak i dont think you need clen or t3 broly honest ;) you really need to dial in the diet which is the key here
and instead of clen t3 some retatrutide is better

Bro, my diet is really strict — for 3 days I consume twice my bodyweight in animal protein. On the 4th day, which is my carb day, the protein stays the same but I add 300 grams of rice, 100 grams of blueberries, and a bit more fat.
I can’t sustain such a strict diet and long cardio sessions for too long, so I added something to speed up the process.

This is my first cycle and my first experience with a 19-nor compound, so going with a low mg is suitable for me — both in terms of side effects and injection volume.
I trust the power of tren; there are already plenty of compounds in the mix. Even if it takes me just one or two steps forward, that’s enough.

I wanted to update the topic since I’ve made some adjustments to my cycle.


For the past 9 weeks, I’ve been running weekly:


  • 280 mg Testosterone Enanthate
  • 225 mg Boldenone
  • 30–40 mg Oxandrolone (daily)

I’ve updated these doses as follows:


  • 400 mg Testosterone Enanthate
  • 400 mg Boldenone
  • 150 mg Trenbolone Acetate
  • 30 mg Oxandrolone (will continue for a few more days)
  • 50 mcg Clenbuterol
  • 12.5 mcg T3 (Tiromel)

I’ll be running Oxandrolone for another 6–7 days and then dropping it. I’ll continue with the rest. I’m using Clenbuterol and Tiromel in a pyramid dosing scheme, planning to stop both alongside Trenbolone after around 35–40 days.


Then, I’ll continue with just 400 mg Test + 400 mg Boldenone for a bit of a recomp (fat loss while maintaining/gaining muscle), followed by a transition to a cruise dose of 125 mg Testosterone.


I’ve been carb cycling for the past 23 days and training 5–6 days a week. I add a steady 40–50 minutes of cardio after every workout.


I also do fasted cardio for 50 minutes in the mornings after taking my stimulants. I try to reach 15,000 steps daily, walking outside when possible or finishing the remainder on my stationary bike at home.

you should get a lot of big metabolism improvements @BBurak those are some high caliber ones. make sure you hit the fasted cardio to get the most out of it

that is a long time on man. i would recommend 12 weeks total tops. its just way too much organ pressure @BBurak
 
Bro, my diet is really strict — for 3 days I consume twice my bodyweight in animal protein. On the 4th day, which is my carb day, the protein stays the same but I add 300 grams of rice, 100 grams of blueberries, and a bit more fat.
I can’t sustain such a strict diet and long cardio sessions for too long, so I added something to speed up the process.

This is my first cycle and my first experience with a 19-nor compound, so going with a low mg is suitable for me — both in terms of side effects and injection volume.
I trust the power of tren; there are already plenty of compounds in the mix. Even if it takes me just one or two steps forward, that’s enough.

@BBurak fasted cardio is the way to go! Ive gotten great results from it!
