on the carpel tunnel with hgh, i do a few things add potassium and magnesium alongside taurine to support nerve function, and consider switching injection timing to pre-bed instead of pre-workout to reduce daytime hand swelling, you can always do 5/2 as wellIf anyone can help with the GH hand pain would be appreciated haha, have added taurine & splitting doses but still struggling with the numb/painful hands.
