@MUSCLEMILK strength’s clearly climbing and it’s showing across the board this session. That 150kg hack squat and heavy belt squat back to back hits the legs hard and you’re handling it well. Split squats at the end with 25s for volume shows you’re not leaving anything behind either.

The tempo and squeeze on adductors and leg curls is a nice touch. Good to see you pushing close to failure without blowing out form. Energy must be solid if you’re moving weight like this and still keeping reps clean. Pre post nutrition is what for you?

on the carpel tunnel with hgh, i do a few things add potassium and magnesium alongside taurine to support nerve function, and consider switching injection timing to pre-bed instead of pre-workout to reduce daytime hand swelling, you can always do 5/2 as well

@MUSCLEMILK well the hand pain is carpal tunnel. you need to lower the dosage obviously. what is happening is the nerves are pinching
