@LevButlerov I do pull-ups to warmup on every back day. Sometimes I forget to put it down because I just do them to get the blood flowing and the nervous system primed.
I was picking at @Mobster with the lat comment because he said everyone he sees that do single arm lat pulldowns don’t have lats 🤪

@Mobster scarring. I had really bad bacne when I was a teenager (probably due to all the prednisone I was on for 5 years straight mixed with all the other medications they had me on for my ulcerative colitis).
Even still in my adult life I will get bumps on my back when I come off cycle or like more recently where I’m on the road for weeks on end and not eating right.

make sure you work on your skin health. the reason i say this is years ago a doctor told me that skin issues can be a red flag for other things @TAGII so make sure you get that cleaned up too

My right elbow gives me some issues from time to time. Remnants of the damage from when I had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. It was ache and sore with a nice gritty feel.
Pushed through but didn’t want to press the 120lb DB since I have a 5 hour drive tomorrow and didn’t want to feel too beat up. Just got a good pump today.

I have not ordered any BPC yet. My wife and I were looking at it this evening. I’m thinking of adding in some BPC around my pain areas and some MK677 as well.

@TAGII I suggest you get BPC157 and Tb500 and pin it closer to the injury, easy to do and you can do it ed until pain goes down usually 2-3 weeks and 3x/week after.
ONLY get USA made peptides like bpc because others could have contaminants that cause cancer.

Pulled the anadrol last Sunday (will be starting it back soon)

BW last Sunday 8/10/25 was 193lbs
BW today 8/17/25 was 185lbs

Last week I didn’t get any workouts in. I was working 12-14 hours a day training new employees and setting up a store/warehouse that didn’t have A/C 🥵

Because of the heat and the fact that I didn’t want to have to use the bathroom at those stores 🤢 I didn’t eat much during the day and got my meals in once we left the store (which obviously was not enough calories). Sleep didn’t go so well. For some reason I woke up every hour in the hotel and never got good rest which didn’t help me retain size at all.

I officially look deflated 😢

This week (besides trying to hire a manager and staff a store) I will be back to a normal routine and getting my food and workouts in. Once I bounce back, I will be adding the anadrol back in and attempting the Rouge challenge that @domestic-supply.com was kind enough to sponsor me for.

Hopefully strength will bounce back quickly.

@LevButlerov I didn’t feel like I did a full leg day lol. I feel worn out this week and feel. Like I’ve been run over by a truck. The last six weeks of being on the road and only catching one or two workouts a weeks has really thrown me off my game. Feels like I’m strong enough to move more but I can tell my CNS is not conditioned for it so I am just taking it slow and easy.

Unfortunately my scars keloid and they look worse. My incision from having my colon removed looked like I had my guts oozing out for years. Over time some of them have gone in some or the tissue has softened so they are less noticeable 🤷‍♂️

I figure Thursday I’ll throw some bent over rows in on my shoulder day just to get a little more volume for the week.

That happens, try to take it easy on training on the off days when you dont feel it. Might be overtraining at times.

Plan as of right now is to finish this 4 week blast of anadrol (3 weeks left including this week) and I’m going to attempt the rogue challenge. I don’t think I’m going to hit the total that I wanted but I’m going to give it my best go.

After that I’m going to change is up, I don’t feel that I’m getting the same strength with the Mast/Primo that I got with the EQ/Deca. I plan to swap the mast/primo for EQ (leaving the deca at 100mgs a week still for right now) and I’m considering adding MK677.
There is an untested powerlifting meet in the end of September that I would like to try my hand at.
We will see how this goes!!!! 😁

Rogue has a powerlifting mock meet challenge for 750lbs, 1,000lbs, 1,250lbs, and 1,500lbs+
I originally planned on going for the 1500+ but my work life got crazy and I was out of state for 5 weeks and wasn’t able to optimize my growth living out of a hotel and eating out everyday. I am still planning on posting my results for the challenge in the next 3 to 4 weeks and hopefully I will come close to a 1500 total.
