I thought they are different days my badAll the macros are in the post above @LevButlerov. I just failed in the "let's put it in one post" column this time
I have lowered carbs a little in places, especially cheese, and it seems to be keeping me a bit leaner. Will watch and play with this over the next few weeks during my growth phase.
Oh, and they were very tasty![]()
Almonds are an option, they are not to bad, would have preferred cashews and macadamia's as option though (I know, too much fat, not much else in them blah, blah, blahlolI feel the walnut hate! how about almonds? not as good but will work. @Kopite67

S1: Full sugar Energy drink - A favourite OZ snack food blogger created these recently and this was the perfect opportunity to try them. Not bad, not great. Need a different flavour.
M2: Lamb Gozleme - I have wanted one of these all week for some reason. Wasn't disappointing either. Very little excess oil or fat.
M4: Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup - This was UNBELIEVABLE. The strawberries cut through the sweetness. I got half of this, MrsKopite67 with the assist.

You need to rest and recovery but you should keep eating good and updating us how you feelHi Evo Fam. Since my last log things have changed quite a bit.
The whole saga is this:
On Monday I went to my GP about hayfever and getting possible asthma medication to sort out my lack of air coming in. After 30 sec of examination he told me I probably have pneumonia and I need to go the hospital to get tested properly. A shock, but we went as directed.
Once I got in to the ED, they took an x-ray and found it was both lungs and extensive, plus my Heart rate and BP were really shit too.
I was admitted and the following day the Coronary Care team paid me a visit, did an echo test and told me I have Arterial Fibrillation, that has been there for a long time, and the infection and pneumonia was now making it a major issue.
So then I was transferred to the Coronary Care Unit, which I am now logging from (day 3 here).
So now what???
I am still not sure what the next steps are, I will be here till everything calms down.
I will keep my Road back to Powerlifting 2025 log going until I leave here. Then a new log and a whole new journey. And what a journey that will be.
In this somewhat retrospective moment I find myself thinking how did I not see this coming, when all the signs were there. Peds had nothing to do with any of this, by the way, if anything they may have saved me by increasing my strength.
Anyway, mostly for my own sanity I will log each day on how this goes until I am discharged.
So my current cycle, peds, supps, training is:
Cycle: nil
Peds: nil
Supps: nil
Meds: about 12 I think.
Training: attempting to stand for more than a minute.
Obviously there are a couple of pics. Food log will be fun.
The journey will continue Evo Fam, just taking a different road now.![]()
@Kopite67 did they tell you what needs to be done here? hopefully they put you on a good program to help you feel better. keep up the good work !Hi Evo Fam. Since my last log things have changed quite a bit.

No plan or program yet, they are still trying to get my HR below 120. Once things stabilise I will know more. Fortunately won't be part of that statI've had pneumonia. Left it far too long before getting meds. How crazy is it that if it is not diagnosed or treated it STILL has a 30% mortality rate?

That sucks man. I'm glad it got picked up when it did. Hopefully nothing too serious.Hi Evo Fam.
The journey will continue Evo Fam, just taking a different road now.![]()
i'm sort of glad you didn't have asthma. that would have really sucked. atleast its Pneumonia which can be fixed. @Kopite67Hi Evo Fam. Since my last log things have changed quite a bit.
