Legs felt strong on everything except the squats. Idk what was going on with that today. I planned on squatting 495 for 5 but 405 didn’t feel good.

I was telling my wife that I feel strong on the anadrol but I have zero energy. That’s why I decided to drop it today and tomorrow starts my EQ. Life has been very busy and a lot of stress and lack of sleep so maybe it just wasn’t a good time to run the anadrol with my body already being run down. Might have stressed my liver a little more because of the diet and lack of sleep etc…

Stress and sleep issues will make anything not work well. Have you been able to take naps? @TAGII

Digestion is good as long as I don’t eat anything that doesn’t agree with me. If I have any dairy I feel terrible and my digestion is shot for 3 days or so but I am super careful about that

For you dairy is a no go in that case. Your protein shakes get egg protein.

Long two days of work. Got out late both days but wanted to get something in so I did two leg exercises with a good bit of reps. Tomorrow I may try to hit some stiff leg deadlifts in the garage to hit the hamstrings.

On that preacher curl I did slow controlled reps each set. Never used it before so I didn’t want to tear something lol.
I didn’t do any pull ups that day. That was a new gym and it was really packed and I didn’t want to get in someone’s way.
Moved to a gym closer to home so I am learning the layout.

I did 2 sets of 20 pushups when I got home as a finisher. The gym is less than a mile from my house so I still had a pump when I got home.
You got some great kit to train on - old school

Very close gym, you can even walk there :D 2 sets of 20, next time 3 sets of 30!

Gym has been pretty quiet.
Monday it was busy but not bad the rest of the week. I was able to use everything I wanted without having to wait for a machine

@LevButlerov just trying to be like Robert OBerst…. “Strong and pretty” (he is a retired WSM competitor for those who don’t know lol)

I like to train power-building style and I don’t know if that would be conducive to bodybuilding. I have done the bodybuilding training with my buddy who competes naturally but the massive volume just makes me look stringy in my opinion 🤷‍♂️

I may at one day do it for fun to see where I stand

I think the training that works for you is what you should do :D you can always bring in volume once or twice a week to mix things up! but keep it strong and steady. @TAGII

I feel good. My energy is back. I feel like I’m making progress. I look fuller. I’m a little leaner than I am shooting for, but I guess it’s not a bad thing.
EQ is a log game anabolic so it’s a little early to get the full effects but I generally tolerate it really well. I’m trying the 1.25 to 1 dose this time to try to keep my E2 from not crashing.
