Approved Log Comp prep cycle - Testosterone Masteron EQ HGH Journal

*Peak week update - 2 days out*

Fasted bodyweight: 100.7kg (up)

Macros/meal plan for the day:
143P
310C
11F
(Same as past three days)

Coach actually said today he’s not sure just yet if he will load me up or not as bodyweight is moving up and we’re filling up on not many carbs, which will keep the waist tight and make it easier to hold a vacuum

Steps still at 12K today. Tomorrow we will drop to just 10min digestion walk post meals and that’s all. So probably fall about 8K for the day total

No changes to water just yet

Rest day with training today. Just went in and did my last lot of abs and last sauna before the comp. Plus some posing

Tan went on this arvo 😬 so you will see it with tomorrow mornings pics

No changes to cycle. GH still in and likely may stay in all the way to the show. Orals obviously will

*Peak week update - 1 day out*

Fasted bodyweight: 99.9kg (down)

Macros/meal plan for the day:
143P
384C
11F

Extra 74g carbs today then over the last couple days. First 3 meals of the day were the same. Last two meals of the day added an extra half cup of cooked rice, plus a tablespoon of honey to each

Final session done after meal 1 today, shoulders and arms 💪

Had athletes check in today. Weighed in at 101kg. Then second coat of tan went on afterwards. Now just hanging out in the hotel with my feet up trying to relax

Steps reduced to 8K today. 10min digestion walk after each meal, plus my training session got me there

No changes to water intake today

No changes to cycle. GH stayed in all the way up until show day. Took half a diuretic at 6pm (unsure what brand it was as just was given to me by coach)

The big day is here lads. Tomorrow morning we make my debut. I won’t do a post tomorrow night. Will try to just enjoy the moment and have a nice dinner with my best mate who had the flight up to watch me compete. Sunday night I will do a post to check in with you all and let you know how it all went. Along with the meals leading up to stage. And any stage shots I can get my hands on by then

Just want to say too lads thank you for all the kind words and support leading up to now. I had a couple bad moments through prep where I wanted to quit. But genuinely swing such a positive community backing me here was one of the things which helped me out a tone ❤️

*Peak week update - 5 days out*

Fasted bodyweight: 97.5kg

Macros/meal plan for the day:
143P
310C
11F

(All food in raw weight)
Meal 1
125g chicken breast
50g jasmine rice
20g dates

Meal 2 (pre workout)
100g applied nutrition cream of rice
1 serve WPI
50g frozen mixed berries

Intra workout
10g EAA’s
30g dextrose
5g creatine
5g glutamine

Meal 3 (post workout)
125g chicken breast
65g jasmine rice

Meal 4
200g egg whites
50g jasmine rice
20g dates

Meal 5
125g chicken breast
50g jasmine rice

Veggies fully dropped, protein lowered heavily, carbs tripled

Steps remain at 12K per day for now

No backing off with training just yet. Trained pull today

No changes to water just yet

Keeping a small limit of 200mg caffeine per day to reduce stress/inflammation and also help to relax and help sleep as much as I can for this last week since not working. Had a 200mg pre workout today and will do the same tomorrow. And once we pull training I will keep the 200mg in in the form of black coffee just for a little bit of a diuresis effect

I’m aware we will be running the same diet tomorrow too. But haven’t heard just yet anything about when output will be lowered. Just playing it day by day at the moment

Will do short little updates like this at the end of each day for you guys. Will obviously also let you know when we lower steps, back off training, and pull the injectables out

Side note, I do think my best look is fasted or after meal 1. Which really works well in my favour considering the mens show starts at 9am haha

Weight and carbs are right where they need to be, that extra rice and honey is going to fill you out perfectly heading into stage. Shoulders and arms pump was the right call for the last session, and holding water steady with just that half tab diuretic keeps you looking tight without flattening. Tan, steps, meals, everything is locked down so now it’s just about resting and letting all the work show tomorrow. Big debut ahead, enjoy every second of it, you’ve earned that moment. @Reece

@Reece looking awesome bro!!

*Show day update*

Fasted bodyweight: 96.9kg

Pre stage meals:
Meal 1:
100g COR
20g WPI
50g Mixed berries

Meal 2:
125g chicken breast (raw weight)
80g Jasmine rice (raw weight)

Meal 3 & 4 pre stage:
3 rice cakes
Honey (unmeasured)
2 grinds Salt each rice cake
Sipped on Gatorade over last 2-3hrs of the stage day

Non stim pre workout taken with 150ml water 20min pre first time getting on stage

Post show meals 😂:
Once mens show was over, we went to a nice bakery for lunch. Got myself a maple bacon toastie, strawberry muffin and caramel cookie

Dinner: Beef burger and pork belly burnt ends

Then got back on plan

So lads, we entered in 3 classes. True novice, novice, opens heavyweights (u102kg). And we got 2nd place in each line up. 11 guys in both novice classes. 9 in heavyweights

I was absolutely over the moon. Didn’t expect to do that well tbh. Especially with the heavyweights. I remember being backstage thinking my days already made, but what would really make it would be to just get first call out in heavyweights would be insane. So to focus on that. So I can imagine how stoked I was with 2nd in that too. And couldn’t lose to anyone better. The guy who won heavyweights won the overall and is the nicest guy ever

Got a mix of photos for you all below but am limited to 10. 3 on balcony were fasted. Then a mix of stage shots

Little surprise though lads. Was a surprise to me too. But we’re now doing nationals. I’ve had a couple people reach out willing to pay for everything. Was given the night to make the decision. Long story short we’re running it. Still due to the lack of money, I will just be entering the two classes down there: True Novice and Novice. This will all take place next Saturday 7 days after this QLD comp

Plan is fully back in place. Food for the next 3 days is the same as were we started peak week for this show:
143P
310C
11F

Then we will start to carb up heavier on Thursday. Steps are in at 12.5K per day. Usual sessions Mon Tues Wed, Pull Push Legs

Rest day Thursday and make the flight down to Melbourne

I’ll try to keep this daily log running for this same peak week! Just know Mon-Wed won’t have much change in plan. But will keep the physique updates rolling in and if anything does change

Just want to say too lads thank you for all the kind words and support leading up to now. I had a couple bad moments through prep where I wanted to quit. But genuinely swing such a positive community backing me here was one of the things which helped me out a tone ❤️

This prep was sponsored by my brothers @Core Pharma @Core Pharma Rep

Huge result, taking 2nd in all 3 classes with those lineups is massive especially with the heavyweights. Conditioning clearly held and the stage presence worked, plus the refeeds after show were well deserved. Cool to see you locked straight back into plan for nationals, that discipline is why you’re moving up fast. With food, steps, and sessions already dialed it’s just about repeating the process and filling out right for Melbourne. Excited to see how you look after another week of tweaks and a sharper carb up.
You look amazing in ALL PICS! @Reece :D EVO Family love!

*Peak week #2 update - 5 days out*

First off fellas wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for the kind words on the results 💪 your support means the world to me

For this peak week I will just do a post every 2 days instead of everyday. As we know Mon-Wed won’t change anything on plan. I fly out Thursday morning. When plan does change Thursday I will include what happened in Fridays update. So updates this week will be Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun. With the show falling on the Saturday again

Fasted bodyweight: 99.3kg (up)

Macros/meal plan for the day:
143P
310C
11F
(Same as start of last peak week)

Steps at 12.5K

Trained pull today, was a good session and got a good pump. But will say energy was extremely low. Could’ve nearly slept in between sets haha. I didn’t get much sleep Friday or Saturday night so maybe just tired from the big weekend

No changes to cycle. Will continue running exactly what we did into the state show. With the last injection being Thursday morning before I fly out

Main goals to maximise the next few days: 3 rounds of posing per day. We didn’t get worked at state show, but I’m expecting it at nationals. Kill these 3 days of training. Thursday rest day then Friday will be the shoulders and arms pump session again. Rest as much as I can besides that while I have the time off work

*Peak week #2 update - 3 days out*

Fasted bodyweight: 98.9kg (down)

Macros/meal plan:
143P
310C
11F
No change since Monday. Coach has let me know that tomorrow (Thursday) will be the same, then carb up more aggressively Friday and Saturday morning (show day)

Steps: 12.5K (since Monday)

Trained push yesterday, and mix of quads/hams/calves today. Energy was better on both session then what Mondays session was. I’d say I would’ve just been extremely tired on Monday from the big weekend

Fly out to Melbourne in the morning. First coat of tan once I get there. Then will check into the hotel and get all the food prepped up for the weekend

Super quick update today due to not much change in plan. I will update with you guys again on Friday. And let you know how aggressive we got with the carb up

absolutely fkn cooking bro

Weight still drifting down nicely and with carbs about to ramp Friday you’ll fill out right on time for stage. Good that energy bounced back after Monday, legs and push moving well this close in is a solid sign. Melbourne trip and tan means it’s game time now, just lock in the food prep and rest and you’ll be ready to peak hard come show day. :D

*Peak week #2 update - 1 day out*

Fasted bodyweight: 101.0kg (up)

Macros/meal plan:
143P

Added extra half cup cooked rice to rice meals. Plus a tablespoon of honey on each. COR meal added an extra 50g mixed berries so 100g total

Steps: Thursday was still 12.5K, reduced to 8K today, mainly only doing post meal digestion walks

We have had both Thursday and today off training so the body is fully fresh

Had second coat of this morning then athlete check in. Looks to be heaps of big athletes here which is great to see 💪

Photos are a little bit different this update only because the original lighting spot I chose was atrocious. So first 5 are there, 2 after are from 4 meals in about 5:30pm nice and full, plus a photo of my COR in there. Will use the second photo spot for tomorrows pre comp photos

Tomorrow is show day! Will do the same I did last week with the updates. No update tomorrow night but will let you all know on Sunday night how I went when I’m on the plane trip home

Looking sharp at 101kg, the extra rice and honey clearly filled you out more and it shows in the later pics. Steps dialed back is perfect going into stage, you’ll hold that fullness without flattening. Skin looks tight with the second coat and you’re coming in fresh after those rest days, you’re set up well for tomorrow. Excited to see how you place, you’ve nailed this peak. :D

Nice work brother

*Show day update*

Fasted bodyweight: 97.1kg
Weighed in at 102.5kg around lunchtime the day beforehand after holding lots of water from the flight

Pre stage meals:
Meal 1:
2 whole eggs
125g chicken breast (raw weight)
2 rice cakes
20g honey

Meal 2:
2 whole eggs
125g chicken breast (raw weight)

Meal 3 & 4 pre stage:
3 rice cakes
Honey (unmeasured)
2 grinds Salt each rice cake
Sipped on Gatorade over last 2-3hrs of the stage day

Non stim pre workout taken with 150ml water 20min pre stage

Post show meals:
Once my two classes were over, had a bit of time to grab my stuff from backstage and get out into the crowd to watch the heavyweights, super heavyweights and overall. Had my pre made COR meal during this. 100g COR, 20g WPI, 50g mixed berries

Dinner: Double stacked chicken burger with cheesy fries

Desert: acai bowl with pistachio and Nutella sauce

Then got back on plan Sunday. Sunday brekkie was clean but large lol. 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 250g cooked jasmine rice, 75g spinach kale mix, 180g yopro, 100g mixed berries. I hadn’t been full on good healthy food like this for ages, it honestly felt great, went for a light 10min digestion walk afterwards and stomach felt great. It honestly made me feel healthy

Entered true novice and novice this time around, a lot more expensive fees at nationals then states so just did the 2 classes not 3. No medals this time around, but got first call out in both classes so I’m happy with that

Great line up, incredibly nice bunch of boys competing. And a great weekend spent down there

Photos are in order of being taken: 4 in 1 photo at the start was my fasted check in day of comp, meal 1, 2 outside photos are pre stage, stage photos are a bit rough sorry, but best we can work with as professional ones take about a week to get, second last photo was my big brekkie on Sunday 😂, last photo was after my digestion walk from that big brekkie. Legs absolutely filled out and the veins came out hard haha

Now post show goals. Straight into an 8 week (roughly) cruise phase. Cruising at 200mg Test per week and 4iu GH pre bed. Steps staying at 10K. Added fruits and veg back in immediately. Reversing the calories up and getting the body healthy

From then on we continue growing for a fair while before thinking about competing again

This will be my last update on this log boys but just know I appreciate you all so much for following along! Plus when times got tough mentally it was really good for me knowing I had the support of you all. So thank you ❤️

The prep was sponsored by @Core Pharma @Core Pharma Rep , not sure if it would’ve been possible without them tbh! Extremely happy with the quality of products and service they provided 💪

has been an amazing journey to follow my brother and surprised you didn't take any medals this time because genuinely you looked unreal.

keen to see what is next

*Peak week #2 update - 1 day out*

Fasted bodyweight: 101.0kg (up)

Macros/meal plan:
143P
460C
11F

Then got back on plan Sunday. Sunday brekkie was clean but large lol. 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 250g cooked jasmine rice, 75g spinach kale mix, 180g yopro, 100g mixed berries. I hadn’t been full on good healthy food like this for ages, it honestly felt great, went for a light 10min digestion walk afterwards and stomach felt great. It honestly made me feel healthy

You looked hard and peeled on stage, the condition really came through especially in the legs with the veins popping. First call outs in both classes is something to be proud of, that shows you belonged up there even without the medal this time. Cruise plan looks smart now, let the body recover, keep the steps and clean food in, then you’ll be set up for a strong grow phase before the next run. :D
EVO family support and big congratulations for you!
