I was wondering the same thing. I have to keep my diet pretty simple except during the summers. I have more time to smoke great bbq. Mostly chicken, turkey, or pork tenderloin. I stay away from the fattier meats. I smoke them. I just only get a taste. 🤣
Mmmm smoked chicken and turkey is my fave. Ribs and brisket are great too but I'd rather have the poulty. How well does it keep in the fridge? Does it get really dry by like day 2 or 3?
 
I am lucky, it really does make things so much easier, especially prep. Believe me, I do not take it for granted

I like to spatchcock whole chicken and cook it crispy. I save the backs for stock.

I ate breakfast really late, almost noon, so I bumped the calories a bit. Going to not eat past 4 today, just a 4 hour window. I will be protein shaking it to be able to het the protein I want. Will have chicken later

A man can’t have to many cookers!!
They are great for meal prep. When I do a full packer brisket, I save all of the fat trimmings for rendering to tallow, all of the meat trimmings for burger and chili, some of the fat cracklins for fat bomb snacks….only when needed.
Fuck, I am hungry now.
I am making more bone broth today and i have another pot of chili with leftover ground beef and ground chicken going. No cans!!
I am HUNGRY!!!

make sure you get a bbq that is for alphas. like make sure its huge and can fit a lot of meat

Yeah. I’ve been able to learn a few tips about keeping smoked meats moist. Especially poultry. But I’m a bit of a bbq smoking fanatic. I have 7 smokers. My wife says I have a problem. But she never turns down one single thing a cook I. Any of them. 🤣🤣🤣

I have 7 of them. Two large ones. I can crank out a lot of meat in short order if I need to.
When I have a lot of left over meat, even chicken, I will dice it up and use it in soups, eggs and snacks and it makes it easier to eat that way. It is hard to keep moist.
I feel the trick with chicken is to use your smoker like a regular oven.
I crank the heat up to 375 and cook it fast. It sears in the juices.
I love thighs that are really crispy on the outside and dripping juice on the inside

Your meal prep sets the standard brother. I might buy an extra crock pot for meal prep because I usually eat everything I make in one sitting with 2MAD.

Having everything cooked and chopped makes it so easy to scoop, weigh and eat!!
Saves so much time.
I think if a person was working outside it would make it easier to load a cooler with everything for the day. 2 hours on a sunday in the kitchen with a game in, you could take care of the whole week.

I added a load of veggie scraps from chopping stuff up to all the bones. When this starts to cool it will get gelatinous. I will break it down into 2 cup portions and be able to use it rice, little soups and just drink it!!

300 mg a week of Test C with an AI to help
Maintain muscle while in deficit
500 mcg HCG twice a week
Tirzepatide once a week

Breakfast is always 3 eggs, 5 ounces ground chicken a 10 in high fiber low carb tortilla
60 grams of protein and roughly 450 calories.
Lunch and dinner run close to the same.


I am working to cut fat so I can run a cycle that I have mapped out and will log as well.

I haven’t seen her in 6 months and she was blown away by the difference in how I looked and felt. We talked a lot about the diet tips and workout idea that really work and that there is now a place for folks like us to share without judgement.
