I can do that, but was going to see how these cals effect my weight. Dont want to gain too fast. You think more is needed?
I don't think you're gonna gain the wrong kinda weight from 50g extra protein. The way you lift and bumping up the T you're gonna need more protein to fuel that new muscle growth bro. You're building now!
 
Tell me about it. I'm at 4-5k calories and it's damn expensive lol. Especially when everything is free range or organic.
I think food is probably the second most expense besides housing, especially for people who bodybuild.
You should do some hunting or fishing though that will help.

Yea no salt water here and I hate fresh water fish. Not too big on killn anything either lol. Kinda a pussy when it comes to animals.

The new macros are looking really good. Nice steady increase day to day. Time to grow some muscle!
 
Feels good, its nice to feel abit more satisfied after eating. Easier going from meal to meal. Can feel the pumps getting fuller each workout.

@LevButlerov what are your thoughts on a test only cycle of 400mg for 16 or so weeks? Have been reading about how its a good option when getting into your 1st cycle.
You gotta figure out your e2 situation first tho. It would be good to have Aromasin on hand too if you wanna go that route. Arimidex can be hard to modulate

Ya if doing it like that would have each one just to have the extra option. I sense that id need one or the other fairly soon into that cycle... crazy how you see some get away with it and not need ai at all.

Ya all out bodies are very different. Some guys have it even worse than you bro.

I'm running test alone right now at about 250/week and still within range on the high end. Think 300 might be tops for me.

I'm pinning EOD which is supposed to help a bit too.

Ya thats another thing i was debating.. 2x, 3x, eod... so many variables with everything. Did you notice your e2 lower when moving from when you used to do 2x?

It's hard to say cuz dosages are so different and when I was running 300mg/week I had primo in the mix. I'm just going based off what I've read and seen. It doesn't lower e2 per se but it does smooth things out where you won't get really high peaks. That can make a big difference in how much test you can run right

Actually a lot of our food is domestic. We pay insane prices because there's only really 4 supermarket conglomerates that control all the prices. During covid they jacked up the prices and then when covid ended the prices never came down. There's been accusations from government officials that these guys are price gouging us. It sucks. Then the smaller health food stores mark their prices according to what the big stores are charging, and the small stores always charge more.

ya I'm always able to get my bloodwork, no matter how many times I need it. Don't like to play guessing games with my health.

i just did bloods on the 120 ive been on, tomorrow was planning on starting ~140mg /week pinned every 3 days. should i run this for few weeks then do the bloods?

Would e2 rise that quickly? 2 weeks sounds really short. I know 6 weeks is the standard but I get you're hoping to catch a possible problem before it happens @LevButlerov

Not always but with @moreReps21 he has an e2 history, we would be doing it about 2.5 weeks technically should past the 3rd shot @BeMe

So you're thinking is because he has high aromatization he could be affected sooner? Then because of this you're hoping to catch his E2 on the way up before it gets way too high at say 6 weeks right?

My plan is to pin every 3 days to help with keeping more stable. Going with .64ml per shot, gets me ~149mg /week average with the 100mg/ml im still using.

So then you'd want to go 3 days after your 5th shot from the sounds of it? I think @LevButlerov might have assumed you pin once a week when he said after the 3rd shot?

Ya thats why i was mentioning that, incase he was assuming 1x a week. Want to get more frequent. I think i peak really high when going with the 1 big shot.

Yeah, I guess that's true. I guess you can blame the farmers for getting greedy. But if prices go up in the US then they're going to go up in Canada. That's just how the market works.

It's possible, really hard to say many cases. I want to see @moreReps21 pin more frequent like EOD and we likely need an ai in there @BeMe

I think for you EOD is the best in pinning if you can handle it, if not e3d is fine. :D

How many injection sites are you using right now bro? You're still using the 1" harpoons too right?
 
ya I've got the 25g 1" still, also have a box of unused 27g 5/8 inch slin pins. So far Delt, VG, and standard glutes. I had someone recommend rear delts but haven't thought about trying it out.
@BeMe which reminds me I went VG today and with the tips + video you and @waggat let me in on, everything went super easy this time so thanks to the both of you for the info!

Well, in fairness, you guys do have to import a lot of stuff. You don't have a lot of natural resources. Plus the weather plays a factor in developing neighborhoods and developing towns.

It's funny how people think we don't have a lot of natural resources when we are the most resource rich country in the world. Canada has far more natural resources than America. Where do you think you guys get your oil, timber, and potash from. Without Canada you guys can't drive, build, or grow. That's why Trump hit us with so many tariffs because you guys need way more from us then we need from you.

I guess the media down there might be reporting it differently but that's really how it is. That's why Trump didn't tariff the oil we sell you guys and one of Canada's plans to cripple you in return is cut off the potash. Without that you're people will starve, and that's why it's been hinted as a last resort.

Canada has everything it needs, we're a giant country, bigger than America. The problem we have is our government regulates the shit outta everything and that drives up prices. That and the fact that we are a country of oligopolies in every major industry. It's always 4 or 5 companies that dominate and price fix every market. We're a lot like Russia that way lol
 
How would you recommend I continue on with EOD, I just pinned the 0.64mL this morning for the E3D pace. Should I wait until Tuesday(when the E3D pin is due) and start with the 0.43mL EOD frequency?

Happy to see you added in BPC I hope it's helping it works best over long periods so I say run it as long as you can afford and and pin it near any injury that pops up including your back at the moment. You're also a lot like me where you eat the same thing pretty much ED and are diligent with your bloods, perfect!

Your week 6 bloods back at the end of September made me laugh out loud at my computer hahahaha. "Doc was unsure of what's going on". Hahaha ya no shit... I didn't scroll ahead to check your follow up bloods but that was CLEARLY a very funny lab mistake that I would have PAID to see your docs face!

You wanted to be at 10% well you definitely had it pretty close to the beginning of October bro, damn, even your upper and lower pecs are separated.

I can't stress enough how impressed I am that you've resisted any urge to go TRT+ too soon and you're doing this all on TRT until you're really in the kind of shape you want to then hit it hard.

Haha.. the doc didn't say anything directly, but she had mentioned anabolics and overdosing the prescribed amount. Pretty sure she was assuming I was dabbling in something other than the 120mg. I couldn't help but laugh during the consult which probably didn't help.

Might as well. You were getting cyp from your clinic right? I remember seeing one person who was getting pharma in Canada. The rest of us have been on the E for a while cuz the cyp disappeared.
