In VA, I once sent back a plate because I had ordered tacos, but what i got was a plate loaded with Ortega brand taco shells and ground beef with no flavor.This is another strong little meal right here. I did not eat any garbage yesterday, nor the week before, which is always hard when traveling. I found a greek restaurant where I bought a bunch of white chicken skewers that were soaked in lemon and garlic and cooked over flame. They were expensive but I still loaded up the hotel fridge. My friend totally understood….she is a gym rat as well.

I tried to be that guy for myself because I train alone. It's funny how if you think you can only do a certain amount of reps that's all you're ever going to do.
