This is another strong little meal right here. A lot of people don't know this about me, but I love Mexican food. My wife used to make the best as she was half Mexican. @MarkNV

I love Mexican food as well!! I lived in VA for a bit, and the Mexican food there wasn’t really like it is out here. In VA, I once sent back a plate because I had ordered tacos, but what i got was a plate loaded with Ortega brand taco shells and ground beef with no flavor.
When I said, “ Sorry, but that isn’t a taco!”it caused a bit of a rukus!!

It would be timing right? And taking advantage of Farmer's Markets, art fairs, town celebrations ect..., like we just had here in Nevada last weekend. And finding the best parking lot in town on a Friday and Saturday late night!

man i have never had a business like that but i know with the food industry its very cylical. you can make a fortune in a short amount of time

That would be good!! I eat fast and so I just buy them. Lev gave me a recipe for fiber tortillas. Maybe soon.

Getting back to logging my intake today, headed to the store for prep materials right now…actually in one hour. Hahaha store opens at 0600, not 0500.
I did not eat any garbage yesterday, nor the week before, which is always hard when traveling. I found a greek restaurant where I bought a bunch of white chicken skewers that were soaked in lemon and garlic and cooked over flame. They were expensive but I still loaded up the hotel fridge. My friend totally understood….she is a gym rat as well.
We did go out and some clean seafood
@MarkNV you can’t beat seafood. It’s definitely my favorite!

Nice looking training day bro. Way to push to the limit and maximize those gains! Sometimes having someone standing over your shoulder telling you can do more actually can cause you to do more. I tried to be that guy for myself because I train alone. It's funny how if you think you can only do a certain amount of reps that's all you're ever going to do. Convincing yourself you can do more will lead to doing more.

Us old men go to failure like it's our job. I personally can't stay at my current muscle mass let alone grow anymore unless I really push it like that. Great workouts!

I like to do planks and core when I am fresh, or more fresh than not, and it feels good after the initial cardio and I treat it as a gentle warmup
